7:12 a.m. Larceny investigation at 102 Ash St. Caller states all 4 of his black 2006 Infiniti M35 tires were taken off his car.

7:19 a.m. Threats see the complainant at 27 Blendall St. Caller states their neighbor at 20 Faxon St. Allegedly knocked on her door and started arguing with her and made threats to her that she was going to stab her in the face.

9:29 a.m. Domestic violence call at 600 Warren Ave., Apt. # 1st. Caller rents room at above and owner of the house allegedly assaulted him last night and today. Joao M. Gomes, 34, 600 Warren Ave., Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:08 a.m. Domestic violence call at 323 Prospect St., Apt. #1. Adam Sudduth, 18, 323 Prospect St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:52 a.m. Larceny investigation at 506 Crescent St. Allegedly receiving stolen property. Joseph Leo Beatrice, 30, 150 Sawtell Ave., Brockton was summonsed for common receiver, receive stolen property under $250 and common & notorious thief. Richard Allen Margeson, 35, 99 Warren Ave., Apt. #27, Brockton was summonsed for common receiver, receive stolen property under $250 and common & notorious thief.

11:05 a.m. B&E investigation at 330 Howard St. Cooper wiring stolen.

11:20 a.m. Code Enforcement at Club Tekoah, 34 Petronelli Way. Reported the building is wide open. One of the front doors was unlocked and not secure. Closed it and locked it for now. The plywood outside the fire escape is still secure all the way up.

11:47 a.m. Code Enforcement at 900 Centre St. Met with the trooper from the Fire Marshalls Office.

12:40 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 55 Marlene Ave. Smogne Junior Eliezer, 24, 55 Marlene Ave., Brockton was charged with speeding, resisting arrest, number plate violation, obstructed/ transparent window, disorderly conduct and unlawful wiretap.

12:54 p.m. Larceny in progress at Rockland Trust, 100 Belmont St. Black female with ponytail is trying to cash stolen check and when you walk in she is to the left. Janay Na Barrows, 24, 87 Fayston St., Apt. #2, Dorchester was charged with forgery of check, utter false check, attempting to commit a crime and foreign warrant.

2:07 p.m. Larceny/Forgery/Fraud at Walgreens, 1101 Main St. Someone passed a counterfeit $20. Police report taken.

3:01 p.m. Robbery investigation at 253 Pleasant St., Apt. #2fl. Caller states she came home and found blood in the front of the building and fire alarm was going off. Caller went up to the 2nd floor and male party was refusing to open the door and stated he was robbed by gunpoint. BCI called they arrived on scene did not get an answer on the door and took external photos.

6:11 p.m. B&E in progress at 49 Beach St. Caller states her husband was in the basement asleep while she came through the front door. She found a male with a gray puff jacket running out the door. The male ran on foot with a digital frame of her wedding pictures. Police report taken.

8:21 p.m. B&E investigation at 149 Rockland St. Homeowner just arrived and house was broken into.

8:48 p.m. Larceny in progress at 81 Warren Ave. Caller states his 2004 Ford Explorer was just stolen. The keys were left in the ignition.

10:27 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 685 North Montello St. Kyle Bennett, 18, 10 Delorey Drive, Raynham, was summonsed for operating M/V with license suspended and marked lanes violation.

11:38 p.m. Suspicious activity at 52 Edgar St. Caller states someone pulled into his driveway and is parked in his backyard. Dennis Boucher, 30, 9 Atlanta St., Brockton was charged with reckless operation of M/V, operating M/V with license suspended, resisting arrest, speeding, failure to stop/yield, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured car, attaching plates, failure to stop for police, larceny under $250, B&E vehicle/boat nighttime for a felony, trespass with car, possession of burglarious instruments, possession to distribute Class E drug and operating M/V with license revoked.

4:10 a.m. B&E investigation at 102 Packard Way. Caller just got home and found her bedroom window broken and her dog is out of its kennel.

4:32 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at 706 Main St. Hubert Narcisse, 25, 12 Carleton St., Apt. #2, Brockton was charged with OUI liquor.

8:45 a.m. B&E to motor vehicle at 81 Pine Grove Drive. GPS and other things were taken.

12:15 p.m. Hit & Run in progress at 200 Westgate Drive. Caller states a male party in silver Acura allegedly just hit her car. Male party got out and went into Subway. Juvenile arrest for operating M/V with license suspended, receiving stolen property under $250 and attaching plates to M/V.

4:29 p.m. Domestic violence call at 166 Manomet St. Caller stater her mother allegedly punched her in the face. Cynthia M. Kuplast, 49, 166 Manomet St., Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

4:50 p.m. Robbery at Dangelos, 1753 Main St. White male passed a note attempting to get into register. Police report taken.

4:54 p.m. Domestic violence call at 21 Sycamore Ave. Luneida Santos Barros, 27, 157 Battles Farm Drive, Brockton was charged with A&B.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2011

12:19 a.m. Disturbance at Catholic Charities, 157 Centre St. Christopher Amado, 20, 346 Spring St., Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.

2:29 a.m. Domestic violence call at 4 Raintree Circle. Boyfriend allegedly punched pushed her against the wall and he hit her in the arm. Joselito Monteiro, 26, 51 Pine St., Brockton was summonsed for A&B and intimidation of witness.

9:21 a.m. B&E in progress at 193 North Main St. Caller states a heavyset White female was just banging at the callers door trying to get in her apartment and then she started kicking at apartment 1 and got in and is now locked inside. Valerie McGaugey, 24, 98 Harvard St., Bridgewater was summonsed for trespassing.

12:16 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress at Stop & Shop, 932 North Montello St. 2 people fighting in the store and one is bleeding. Callers son was beat up and is bleeding. The guy that beat him up left in a school bus. Police report taken.

12:42 p.m. Assault with dangerous weapon at 232 Perkins Ave. Patient pointed a pair of scissors at the PC work. She needs to for him to go back to the VA. She states she doesn't feel safe. Male has schizophrenia and anger management issues.

3:02 p.m. Domestic violence call at 956 Warren Ave. Female caller states her brother is allegedly beating up his girlfriend. Gena Centeiro, 20, 89 Lucas Drive, Stoughton was charged with A&B.

3:15 p.m. Domestic violence call at 38 Charles St. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly slapped her and choked her. Robert S. Bosak, 53, 67A Kennedy Drive, Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

3:30 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress at Family Life Center, 40 Father Kenney Way. People fighting inside and he states someone allegedly assaulted him. 2nd caller from a female in the building states a party was stabbed. Denise A. Bradsher, 50, 43 Market St., Brockton was charged with armed assault in a dwelling and A&B with dangerous weapon.

9:45 p.m. Threats see the complainant at 11 Division St. Caller stated in 209A affidavit that defendant was going to hurt the family. Kevin G. Sprague, 49, 324 North Quincy St., Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.

10:04 p.m. Gunshots call at 200 Westgate Drive. Person in a gray Grand Cherokee shot at a person. Person was running in unknown direction. Police report taken.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2011

9:37 a.m. Larceny in progress at 7-11 Store, 411 Pleasant St. Originally came in as a 911 open line. Spoke with owner and a party came in with a female and started helping themselves to coffee, sandwiches and candy, stuffing their pockets. Caller told them they had to pay and a Black male stated " You know who I am" in a threatening voice. They walked out and left in a Ford Taurus. Under investigation.

12:22 p.m. Code Enforcement at 17 West Ashland St. Owner was notified by BOH to remove the car in 72 hours on October 11th and they didn't. Cars towed and confiscated RI plate.

1:22 p.m. Code Enforcement at Petacostal, 225 Crescent St. Illegal dumping caught on the surveillance tapes.

1:43 p.m. Overdose at a Warren Avenue residence. Possible heroin overdose. Ambulance sent.

2:43 p.m. Code Enforcement at Tekoah Club, 34 Petronelli Way. Front door wide open and unlocked. Building department notified. Will stand by until they arrive to secure. Last week when they secured it a man ran out the side door. Don't want to trap anyone inside. Someone is stripping the ornamental brass railing from the building. Witnesses have seen the "Skinny homeless guy" that has the sign " Will work for food" coming out of the building in the past couple of days.

2:49 p.m. Violation of 209A order at 36 Nessralla Drive. Matthew Freeman, 26, 39 Oak St., Taunton was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order.

4:11 p.m. MVA with injuries at 973 Main St. Marc G. Durand, 23, 56 Fuller St., Brockton was summonsed for uninsured motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle.

5:00 p.m. Code Enforcement at 38 Clinton St. Reported men working on cars right now. 4 or 5 cars being worked on. These cars were 72hr tagged a couple of weeks ago and the Mayors office called after the people complained when they got a courtesy tag about the unregistered cars(5 of them) and asked for a few days. Its been over a week and they are now all up on jacks and in various states of repair. A very loud compressor with professional impact guns are being used causing a serious problem for the neighbors. Told to stop and Code Enforcement would be removing them in the morning for violation of the City ordinance. They arrogantly told me "Go ahead we will beat it and you will pay, all you do is pick on us." Not sure if that was a threat or not guess will have to see. Will be removing the cars in the a.m. and if they are unregistered and non-operational.

5:05 p.m. Malicious damage in progress at 741 Warren Ave. Caller is in a Dodge Neon and states someone shot something at window and hit him in the leg. Ambulance sent. 2nd call from fire and ambulance believes injury from a BB gun.

7:23 p.m. Assault & Battery with D/W at 51 Burdett Road. 12 year old shot with BB gun. Guy Dubusson, 19, 170 Highland St., Apt. #218, Taunton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon. Dylan D. Fontes,19, 137 Florence St., Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon. Christopher A. Fontes, 20, 78 Grove St., Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon. Jonathan Correira, 19, 4 Hill Place, Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.

8:04 p.m. Assault & Battery investigation at Tedeschi Food Shop, 563 Centre St. Caller is the store clerk and states a 14 year old boy just came in covered in blood and child stated several teenagers beat him up.

10:26 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Kelly Isgur, 36, 27 Ellsworth St., Brockton was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2011

1:46 a.m. Assist Massasoit Community College Police, 1 Massasoit BLVD. Alexander Rivera, 23, 187 High St., Apt. #2, Taunton was charged with carry firearm on school grounds, unlawfully carry firearm and possession of unlawful ammunition.

7:31 a.m. Larceny investigation at AGM Industries, 16 Jonathan Drive. Metal from outback taken.

8:29 a.m. Code Enforcement at 42 Mary Anne Ave. 4 or 5 unregistered cars on the property. Junk all over yard and BOH is handling it. Illegal apartment and BFD handling that.

8:51 a.m. Code Enforcement at 264 Grove St. Junk and debris all over yard. BOH to handle.

10:11 a.m. Code Enforcement at 19 Fuller St. Reports of trash and debris all over the place and the yard is a mess. One of the worst I have seen in a long time. BOH all over it and citations have gone out.

12:23 p.m. Domestic violence call at 52 Forest Ave. & 632 Warren Ave. Luciano Pires, 25, 15 Moreland St., Apt. #2, Brockton was charged with A&B.

12:24 p.m. Code Enforcement at 16 Lawrence St. Porches falling off the house.

12:52 p.m. Domestic violence call at 74 Otis St. Alcides Pereira, 50, 74 Otis St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

5:36 p.m. Serve Warrant at 405 Prospect St. Allen Morris, 66, 405 Prospect St., Brockton was charged with possession or unlawful transfer of a (rifle or shotgun) firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition and possession child pornography.

8:19 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 28 Warren Ave. Carlos Junior Gonzales, 17, 337 North Warren Ave. receive stolen property, resisting arrest, A&B on police officer, disturbing the peace and unlicensed operation of M/V.

3:23 a.m. MVA at 1150 Pleasant St. Dooah Kang, 19, 122 Chestnut St., North Easton was charged with OUI liquor.

6:36 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at Mary Baker School, 45 Quincy St. Fritz Vincent, 62, 78 Royal Road, Brockton was summonsed for fail to perform post-trip school bus inspection and overcrowded pupil transport vehicle.

8:32 a.m. Police officer has prisoner. David Gauthier, 54, 109 Arthur St. operating M/V license suspended, attaching plates to M/V, failure to stop for school bus, default warrant and local warrant.

10:36 a.m. Code Enforcement at 23 Belmont St. & 348 Pleasant St. 72 hour tagged issued.
