BROCKTON POLICE LOG UPDATE TO DECEMBER 6, 2011

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2011

1:00 a.m. Malicious damage investigation at 10 Wyman St. First floor door caller reports their kitchen window being shot at.

1:07 a.m. Disturbance at 823 Main St. Woodre Anthony Vincent, 22, 286 Green St., Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, malicious destruction of property over $250 and resisting arrest.

5:36 a.m. B&E MV investigation at 6 Custer St. Caller went to vehicle and found Hispanic male sleeping inside vehicle. Suspect was wearing a gray hoodie and fled on foot.

7:27 a.m. Rape investigation at the Guardian Center, 888 North Main St. Caller states a resident age 83 states she was allegedly raped last night by one of the staff. Police report taken.

10:26 a.m. Disturbance at North Main Street & Pleasant Street. Nicholas Melo age 24 allegedly walked out into the middle of traffic causing a motor vehicle to slam on his brakes. Then began to yell at motorist. He did not use crosswalk light and was very hostile an belligerent when approached. The motor vehicle had right of way. Nicholas Melo was issued city of Brockton citation #BP0477.

10:48 a.m. MVA at 201 North Montello St. Car hit parked truck. Thomas R. Shaffer, 53, 105 West Center St., Apt. #1, West Bridgewater was summons for OUI liquor 2nd offense, leaving scene of property damage, operating MV with license suspended and marked lanes violation.

11:23 a.m. Code Enforcement at 73 Banks St. BOH on scene and 6 vehicles 72hr tagged. Spoke to the owner who understood they have to be removed.

11:49 a.m. Code Enforcement at 30 Banks St. Non-operational green pick up tagged 72hr by BOH. This vehicle has been tagged and towed in the past. Blocks under the wheels to keep from failing out of the driveway. Cab is full of junk and debris. Not registered and has not been since the summer.

12:21 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress at D'angelos Sandwich Shop, 739 Belmont St. 2 Hispanic male allegedly fighting in front of above. Parties have stopped fighting and the aggressor has now entered the shop and the victim has fled in MA Reg #*****- Romeo M. Andrade, 29, 103 Hart St., Taunton was summonsed for A&B.

1:09 p.m. B&E investigation at 32 Minot Ave. B&E to 3rd floor apartment and caller is scared to enter and unknown if someone is still inside. Report taken and BCI notified.

2:22 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 342 Green St. & 205 Highland St. David M. Dasilva, 36, 18 Pennsylvania Ave., Brockton was summonsed for operating MV with license suspended. Michael J. Dasilva, 57, 18 Pennsylvania Ave., Brockton was summonsed for allowing improper operation of MV.

2:32 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 684 Main St. Matthew Ryan Luddy, 29, 42 West Union St., East Bridgewater was charged with operating MV with license revoked.

3:20 p.m. Larceny in progress at CVS, 355 Centre St. White male, black leather jacket, red and black baseball hat took fragrances and ran into house across street..

5:45 p.m. B&E investigation at 83 Myrtle St. Caller came home to find house broken into.

6:19 p.m. 911 unknown emergency at 663 Main St. Female caller and lots of screaming. Reports of 2 females in parking lot arguing over a pocketbook. Ana Gomes, 44, 842 North Montello St., Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

6:48 p.m. Domestic violence call at 141 Sinclair Road. 14 year old caller states his stepmother is allegedly in a rage and she is screaming and hitting the callers father in the head. Andrea Weathers, 38, 141 Sinclair Road, Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon.

10:43 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Jerry Samedy, 24, 38 Banks St., Apt.#2, Brockton was charged with drinking in public and carry dangerous weapon.

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2011

12:07 a.m. Man with a gun in the vicinity of 19 South St. Foot pursuit male with a gun. Code 4 in hand. Suspect is Manix Lewis.

7:24 a.m. Disturbance at the Goddard School, 20 Union St. Staff state a 18yr old student is out of control and they need the police. David Hamilton, 18, 100 Beal St., Hingham was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.

10:24 a.m. Road Rage at Habit Management Institute, 180 Centre St. Female in a jeep ran the caller off the road. Caller followed her to the above and the lad got out of the car swearing at the caller. Caller states she had a young child in the car. 51A filed and police report taken.

12:33 p.m. Code Enforcement at 203 Keith Avenue Extension. Utility trailer expired on public way and blocking a sidewalk. It has a flat tire and is full of debris. It appears that someone is allegedly running a contracting business out of the residential property. The trailer is being used as a transfer station for debris coming in from jobs and that is a direct violation of city ordinance. Spoke with the registered owner and explained to her why it was towed and citation was issued. She states the town gave her permission to park on the sidewalk. Could not tell me who.

12:54 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at 507 Pleasant St. Drunk male still out front passed out. Raymond M. Deneault, 48, 54 North Main St., Brockton was charged with trespassing.

1:21 p.m.Serve Warrant at 39 Mass Ave. Joshua Thomas Vicente, 26, 39 Mass Ave., Brockton was charged with distribution Class D drug, drug violation near school/park, possession of firearm without FID card and unlawful possession of ammunition.

3:50 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Jerry Santos, 27, 76 Colonel Bell Drive, Apt. #43, Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class B drug, drug violation near school/park and MV lights violation.

7:58 p.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation at 68 Trout St. Someone just tried to steal his car. They busted the window and when caller went outside after hearing the glass break no one was there.

9:54 p.m. Assault & Battery investigation at Crystals, 250 Main St. Paulo Soares, 35, 85 Stillman Avenue, Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace and trespassing. Samuel Varela, 34, 137 Battles St., Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with trespassing.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2011

1:28 a.m. Domestic violence call at 47 Highland St., Apt. #3. Caller states at the above location they are arguing and yelling and things are being thrown around. Joseph Quirk, 45, 47 Highland St., Apt. #3, Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B.

1:54 a.m. Domestic violence call at 52 Highland St., Apt. #2. Female states her ex-boyfriend allegedly stole her money and threw cups at her. Paul M. Ienello, 51, 52 Highland St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

12:11 p.m. Code Enforcement at I Deal Styles, 365 Westgatge Drive. Seized was 35 Cd's for true name violation. This was part of an undercover operation conducted by the recording industry. They sent in an undercover operative some time ago and purchased 2 of the Cd's for $10. Complaint filed.

3:09 p.m. Code Enforcement at Igelsia Pentacostal Church, 225 Crescent St. Follow up on a dumping complaint from the church. They have 2 separate individuals on video tape illegally dumping in the back of the property. Attempted to convince the suspects to come to the station to discuss the matter and give them an opportunity to clean it up or compensate the church for cleaning it up. They never came in. Seeking illegal dumping complaints in Brockton District Court.

4:42 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at Wizards Duel, 675 Centre St. Callers states there is a female who walked in the store and allegedly swearing at the children and refusing to leave. Susan J. Monahan, 49, 39 Holmes St., Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with A&B, assault, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and A&B on police officer.

5:20 p.m. Domestic violence call at 52 Highland St. Caller states he came home and his girlfriend allegedly punched him in the mouth. Maureen E. Byrne, 46, 52 Highland St., Apt. #2, Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

8:59 p.m. Gunshots call in the vicinity of Green Street & Warren Avenue. Caller states someone took a shot at him. He is on Green Street behind the Stop & Gas. He states it was a silver car. Police report taken.

9:02 p.m. B&E in progress on Hillberg Avenue. Caller states someone is kicking the back door and they are alone with the kids. Party is gone and door is split.

9:57 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress at 46 Field St. Male party on line states unknown female is in the house and allegedly hit him. Yvette Eugene, 37, homeless in Brockton was summonsed for A&B with dangerous weapon on person over 60 and malicious destruction of property over $250.

11:48 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Antonita Teixeira, 25, 164 Laureston St., Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class A & B drug.

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2011

2:36 a.m. Domestic violence call at 75 Sycamore Ave. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly attacked her and just left. Dennis Chaplin, 27, 265 Summer St., Brockton was summonsed for A&B and threatening to commit a crime.

3:48 a.m. Disturbance at Brockton Police Department, 7 Commercial St. Maria V. Rogers, 44, 516 Court St., Brockton was charged with trespassing.

7:21 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation at 142 North Warren Ave. 1999 Honda Accord drivers side window, vehicle ransacked.

9:35 a.m. Domestic violence call at 202 Court St., Apt. #2nd. Caller states she got into an argument with her wife and she allegedly assaulted her and took her phone. Tammie S. Williams, 23, 202 Court St., Apt. #2nd, Brockton was charged with A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon.

10:09 a.m. Larceny investigation at Star Food Mart, 4 Hovendon Ave. Caller states same male party just stole several cartons of cigarettes.

2:47 p.m. Domestic violence call at 25 Longworth Ave. Apt. #2. Caller is arguing with her child's father and he is refusing to leave and allegedly pushed her on the bed. Rubin T. Lamore, 26, Longworth Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B.

4:26 p.m. Larceny in progress at Macys, 200 Westgate Drive. Caller is chasing male party that is on a 10 speed bike and allegedly stole merchandise out of the store. Peter Curtin, 50, 101 Hovendon Ave., Brockton was summonsed for shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

5:29 p.m. Robbery investigation at 18 Arch St. Delivery driver went to 18 Arch Street and he was allegedly robbed. The party had a gun. Juvenile arrest of a 16 year old for armed & masked robbery with a firearm.

MONDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2011

5:51 a.m. Violation of 209A investigation at 27 Oakdale St. Caller states baby's father allegedly punched her. Jerome Robert Morris III, 24, 380 Belmont St., Apt. #3W, Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

6:56 a.m. Welfare check at 449 North Main St. Caller states he fears one of his tenants may hurt his roommate because they are getting evicted. Wedson Alexandre, 26, 27 Central Square, Apt. #1, Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.

8:57 a.m. Malicious damage investigation on Carl Avenue. Neighborhood kids possibly too out the stop sign and threw it on a residents lawn. Caller states that this is the 3rd time it happened and there is graffiti on the stop sign too.

2:21 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at Brockton High School, 470 Forest Ave. Juvenile arrest of a 17 year old for unlicensed operation of MV and speeding.

3:38 p.m. Domestic violence call at 23 James St. Caller states that her father allegedly pushed her while they were arguing and tried to punch her. Makayla Welch, 17, 23 James St., Brockton was charged with  assault with dangerous weapon and resisting arrest.

5:59 p.m. Larceny investigation at 16 Grand St. Stolen wheelchair.

8:10 p.m. Suspicious activity at Warren Avenue & Hervey Street. Samuel Pierre, 19, 29 Roel St., Apt. #1, Randolph was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250 and disorderly conduct.

TUESDAY, DECEMBER 6, 2011

5:54 a.m. Disturbance at McDonald's, 908 North Montello St. Black male wearing dark clothing allegedly throwing trash barrel from sidewalk at cars. 2nd call states officer needs assistance. Yvette Eugene to Brockton Hospital for evaluation.

7:41 MVA with injuries at 23 Boundary St. & 367 North Quincy St. Two citations, crash report and court complaint filed. Kristine M. Dossantos, 28, 223 Clinton St. Apt. #9, Brockton was summonsed for operating MV with license suspended.
