BROCKON POLICE LOG UPDATED TO FRIDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2011

MONDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2011

9:07 p.m. Domestic violence call at 24 Oakland St. 30 year old son at the house allegedly fighting with his father. Father calling all out of breath and son is still in the home. Marc Milard, 30, 24 Oakland St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

9:39 p.m. Malicious damage in progress in the vicinity of 77 Stephen Drive. Caller states a White male about 5'8 wearing dark colored hoodie with a BB cap just cut the wires to the fire box in front of the house. He was last seen walking towards Boundary Street. Police report taken.

10:05 p.m. Domestic violence investigation at 11 Howard Square. Female from the 2nd floor just came to the caller's apartment asking him to call police because her boyfriend allegedly is beating her up. Mark A. Siciliano, 40, 11 Howard Square, Brockton was charged with A&B and assault.

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2011

12:47 a.m. Narcotic violation in progress at 176 North Main St. & 1 Wyman St. Juvenile arrest of a 16 year old for distribute Class B drug, possession to distribute Class B drug, person under 21 possession of liquor and minor in possession of BB gun/air rifle.

2:05 a.m. B&E motor vehicle at Dollar Tree, 739 Belmont St. Side of new Dollar Tree Store is 2 Black males and 1 Hispanic male with white pick up truck. Caller states parties are trying to open door of tractor trailer. Caller was sleeping in cab and the vehicle just fled the scene in unknown direction.

7:07 a.m. Assault & Battery in progress at Brockton High School, 470 Forest Ave. Deter Rodrigues, 18, 317 Arthur Paquin Way, Brockton was charged with A&B, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct. Juvenile arrest of a 16 year old for A&B, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.

7:20 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation on Sycamore Avenue. Red Honda Civic stolen.

7:38 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation on Cary Hill Street. 1998 Green Honda Civic stolen.

9:10 a..m. Assault & Battery investigation at the Keith School, 175 Warren Ave. Juvenile arrest of a 15 year old for A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon. Juvenile arrest of a 14 year old for A&B.

9:11 a.m. Domestic violence call at 12 Terminal Place, Apt. #3. Luz Morales, 19, 12 Terminal Place, Apt., #3, Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

9:28 a.m. Assist fire or ambulance at 367 North Quincy St. Bird landed in transformer and got fried. Blew wires apart and live wires hanging. National Grid requesting 1 man for detail.

9:56 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation at 126 Chatham West Drive. B&E to car.

10:02 a.m. B&E motor vehicle at 49 West Elm St. & 47 Clinton Ave.  A kid threw rocks at a small Toyota and took something out of the car and took off running towards Main Street.

10:58 a.m. Medical emergency at Brockton High School, 470 Forest Ave. Worker fell off a roof at the school. They are located near a crane. Ambulance en route.

12:44 p.m. Code Enforcement at 81 Snell Ave. Towing a car that the owner of the property was notified back in July to remove. Spoke to the owner of the property and they stated the car doesn't run and they do not have the keys. Also informed them that they would be getting a citation for the 2 cars on the property today that they failed to remove. The other car is buried in behind a registered car that also doesn't run.

12:58 p.m. Medical emergency at 40 Reservoir St. 3 year old daughter fell and collided with a sibling and tongue is cut off. Ambulance sent and party taken to Brockton Hospital.

1:39 p.m. Code Enforcement at 99 Belmont Ave. Integra and caravan are blocking a sidewalk and the Ford Windstar is a hazard for being on jack stands and is a safety issue. The tires are flat and the jacks are cutting into the pavement. All vehicles towed and citations issued.

3:24 p.m. Threats see the complainant at 26 Allen St. Joel Quiles, 18, 506 Page St., Brockton was summonsed for intimidation of a witness.

3:49 p.m. Malicious damage investigation at 143 Perkins Ave. Pellet was shot at caller's window last night.

4:07 p.m. Larceny of  M/V investigation at Ocean State Job Lot, 85 Torrey St. 2005 dark green Mazda with keys left in the vehicle was just stolen in front of the above location.

5:08 p.m. Shoplifting at Vicentes Tropical Grocery, 689 Main St. Pablo Hernandez, 23, 54 North Main St., Brockton was summonsed for shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

5:15 p.m. Domestic violence call at 176 Leach Ave. 22 year old female dialed 911 and states she is trying to move out and her parents allegedly attacked her. Jennifer U. Ihenacho, 22, 176 Leach Ave., Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B.

5:52 p.m. Narcotic violation in progress at Shaws Supermarket, 641 Belmont St. Nicholas Twomey, 30, 50 Homesite Road, Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class B drug and drug violation near school/park.

8:34 p.m. Violation of 209A order at 686 North Montello St. Phyllis Burns, 47, 686 North Montello St., Brockton was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order and threatening to commit a crime.

8:58 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 252 Belmont St. Joshua Pezanetti, 27, 540 Pleasant St., Bridgewater was charged with possession to distribute Class B drug, 2 counts of failing to stop/yield and M/V lights violation.

9:01 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Brenda A. Rivera, 25, 33 West Elm St., Apt. #37, Brockton was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

10:12 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Caller states he ran into one of the mini marts downtown and left vehicle running and when he came out the vehicle had been ransacked. Cell phone, money and pizza taken. Wenonah Bowen, 39, 220 North Main St., Apt. #3rd, Brockton was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2011

1:14 a.m. Alarm audible in the vicinity of 43 Eleventh Ave. Caller states car alarm just went off and when they went outside the door was open but nothing is missing and now they can hear another alarm going off in the area. Carlos Jorge Monteiro, 19, 137 Nilsson St., Apt. #2nd, Brockton was charged with B&E vehicle/boat night time for a felony. Admilson Timas, 20, 20 Loucraft Ave., Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with B&E vehicle/boat night time for felony and resisting arrest.

2:41 a.m. B&E investigation at 770 North Montello St. Caller states someone broke into his apartment and they broke in from the back door.

4:55 a.m. B&E attempt at 308 Arthur Paquin Way. Caller reports 2 Cape Verdean males both with long hair trying to push his 1998 red Honda Civic and when he came out they ran thru the projects toward North Warren Ave. Ignition damage and police report taken.

7:05 a.m. Domestic violence call at 33 Falmouth Ave. Caller states she is in bathroom and her husband allegedly will not let her out. States he has not physically harmed her yet but that she is afraid and their child is sick and he wants to go to NY and she has to leave for work. David Wilson, 33, 33 Falmouth Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:15 a.m. Code Enforcement at 168 Newbury St. Reported the building is collapsing. Its the 3 bay garage to the rear and the electricity feeds the main house via the garage from the rear. They have been instructed by the building department to get an electrician to do something with the power and get the building taken down. Lots of kids in the neighborhood and children's toys around the garage.

1:29 p.m. Larceny investigation at M&M Seafood, 1124 Main St. Pablo Hernandez, 23, 54 North Main St., Brockton was summonsed for shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

5:34 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 33 Lenox St. & 579 Pleasant St. Ashley Ann Moulton, 19, 10 Carrol Ave., Brockton was charged with operating M/V with license suspended, registration sticker missing and conspiracy to violate drug law. Arcelino S. Silva, 22, 19 Westhaven Drive, Brockton was charged with conspiracy to violate drug law. John A. Nota, 56, 53 Rochelle St., Apt. #A, Brockton was charged with conspiracy to violate drug law.

6:40 p.m. Threats see the complainant at West Acres Nursing Home & Rehabilitation, 804 Pleasant St. Caller came into the lobby to report threats made via text messages from an ex-friend to allegedly assault her. Joelle Marie Samy, 24, 46 West Chestnut St., Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.

8:06 p.m. Robbery at City Gas & Service, 736 North Main St. Caller just called back and stated he was robbed. He was robbed before he made the first call but got scared and said nothing was wrong. 2 Black males came in and one with a gun and they took all the money. 1 wearing a blue sweater and had a blue mask.The caller was put on the floor and doesn't know how the parties fled.

9:09 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Risa M. Newell, 43, 99 Elm St., Halifax was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

9:28 p.m. Rape investigation. Caller states her 17 year old foster daughter just came home and said she was sexually assaulted by a group of 8 males. Unknown address of where it happened.

10:17 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 111 West Elm St. & 56 Goddard Road. John E. Billings, 57, 26 Page St., Avon was charged with OUI liquor 2nd offense, possession Class B drug, marked lanes violation and possession open container of alcohol.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2011

10:47 a.m. B&E investigation at 471 Plain St. Home broken into and motorcycle and dog stolen. Stolen motor vehicle and written report taken. Plymouth County BCI was notified for photo's and prints.

12:47 p.m. Larceny/Forgery/Fraud at American Check Cashing, 500 Main St. 2 Black females allegedly trying to cash a counterfeit check. Widlyn Mariela Laurore, 25, 33 Mcdevitt Road, Randolph was charged with foreign warrant, larceny over $250, forgery of check and utter false check. Adrianne Adelia King, 26, 20 Auna Drive, Apt. #7, Brockton was charged with larceny by check over $250, larceny over $250, 2 counts of forgery of check and 2 counts of utter false check.

3:43 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 240 Main St. & 25 Belmont St. Luis Alberto Cagauna-Cela, 22, 588 Main St., Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with unlicensed operation of M/V, failure to stop/yield and 2 counts of possession/use false/stolen RMV document.

4:39 p.m. Kidnapping attempt. Caller states her 16 year old son was walking home around 4:15 and a white male pulled up to him and got out. Caller said he tried to get him in red truck. Police report taken.

5:17 p.m. 911 unknown emergency at Sears Auto Center, 200 Westgate Drive. Males arguing in parking log and one allegedly slashed the others tires. Joel Baez, 33, 41 Menlo St., Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with violation of abuse prevention order and 2 counts of malicious destruction of property over $250.

7:12 a.m. Larceny investigation at 102 Ash St. Caller states all 4 of his black 2006 Infiniti m35 tires were taken off his car.

7:33 a.m. Malicious damage M/V at 40 Clara Road. Tire slashed on 2000 black van, 2nd time this week.

9:29 a.m. Domestic violence call at 600 Warren Ave. Caller wants a male removed from the apartment. Joao M. Gomes, 34, 600 Warren Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:08 a.m. Domestic violence call at 323 Prospect St. Adam Sudduth, 28, 323 Prospect St., Brockton was charged with A&B.
