BROCKTON POLICE LOG UPDATED TO THURSDAY, JULY 14, 2011

MONDAY, JULY 11, 2011

1:31 a.m. Domestic violence call on Intervale Street. Caller states her ex-boyfriend allegedly just hit her 13 year old son when he was trying to attack her and is now out front yelling. James Haris, 34, of Brockton was summonsed for assault with a dangerous weapon, A&B, intimidation of a witness and A&B.

1:34 a.m. Motor vehicle stop on Centre Street. Joelle Mary Kinan, 44, of Stoughton was summonsed for operating MV with license suspended, failure to stop/yield and 2 counts of child under 5 without car seat.

5:26 a.m. B&E MV investigation on Florence Street. Caller states his mothers & uncle's cars were broken into last night and radio stolen.

7:10 a.m. Party Unconscious at Dunkin Donuts- 37 Belmont Street. Employee states there is a man in the bathroom that is not responding. Ambulance sent and followed the ambulance to the hospital.

9:31 a.m. Violation of a 209A order on Haverhill Street. Caller stated that he has an active restraining order against an old friend and stated the old friend allegedly violated the order while getting onto a Bat Bus at the above location. Govina Ortiz, 35, of Brockton was summonsed for violating abuse prevention order.

1:29 p.m. Domestic violence call on Carroll Avenue. Caller states her 26 year old brother allegedly hit her in the face and she wants him removed. Gregory Michel, 25, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

4:09 p.m. Overdose on Arlington Street. Female took a lot of pill and is unresponsive.

4:45 p.m. Domestic violence investigation on Wyman Street. Caller states her 23 year old son allegedly kicked in the door to get his stuff and in the argument the son cut the callers finger with a knife and threw the knife out the house. Caller states the son left with a friend and they refused medical attention. Ronnday Sanford, 23, of Dorchester was charged with B&E for misdemeanor, A&B and threatening to commit a crime.

5:29 p.m. Disturbance in the vicinity of 446-448 Main Street. Suspect allegedly went into the callers bedroom and cut the phone wires and took off. Andrew Sivertsen, 51, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

5:33 p.m. Domestic violence investigation on Belmont Street. Caller states her ex-boyfriend allegedly pushed his way into the apartment and assaulted her and states he knocked the phone out of her hands and then left. Arlindo Andrade, 37, of Brockton was summonsed with A&B and intimidation of witness.

5:49 p.m. Violation of 209A investigation on Commercial Street. Follow up investigation from complaint that was requested and denied on 12-02-2010. In regards to violation. Thomas P. Furlong, 47, of Brockton was charged with unlawful wiretap, violation of abuse prevention order and B&E into boat/vehicle for misdemeanor.

6:11 p.m. Overdose at Saab's Foodmart- 1280 Main St. Overdose and not responsive. Ambulance sent.

6:16 p.m. Domestic violence call on Cashman Place. 27 year old daughter allegedly pushed her father and caller pushed her back and daughter yelling in the background.
Amanda Kean, 27, of Brockton was summonsed with A&B.

10:14 p.m. Serve Warrant on Oak Street. Sandra Hurd, 38, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class B drug and drug violation near school/park.

10:35 p.m. Domestic violence call on Summer Street. Boyfriend allegedly assaulted her and he is still there. Armindo S. Rocha, 35, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

11:13 p.m. Robbery investigation on Lawrence Street. Wants to report a robbery from three months ago, states he thinks they are in the area and he wants to point them out. Caller called back and states he is at 404 Main Street in the parking lot and now states he was assaulted about 30 minutes ago from one of the same men.

11:24 p.m. Alarm Telephone from Dunkin Donuts- 945 Belmont St. Panic alarm and on call back the clerk states a hold up man with a gun. Black male about 6' 3" and skinny with black hat and black jacket. Cruisers checked the area and a second attempted robbery came in with the same suspect description see call 11-50086.

TUESDAY, JULY 12, 2011

12:03 a.m. Disturbance by a family on Longworth Avenue. Caller states her husband allegedly attacked her and her daughter and they ran out of the house into the car. The husband smashed the windshield with his fist and the caller went to her friends house to get away from him. Michael Suribian, 25, of Brockton was summonsed for intimidation of a witness and malicious destruction of property over $250.

12:19 a.m. Disturbance by a family on Warren Avenue. Caller states suspect is allegedly acting up and arguing and states that he threatened to kill his daughter. Carlvens Daniel, 22, of Brockton was charged with 3 counts of threatening to commit a crime.

12:25 a.m. Robbery investigation on Main Street & Plain Street. Police report taken.

12:34 a.m. Motor vehicle stop on Auburn Street. Linanel Brown-Madison, 19, of Quincy was charged with unlawful possession of ammunition, unlawful carry of firearm and unlicensed operation of MV.

1:34 a.m. Robbery investigation on Crescent Street & Summer Street. Police report taken.

7:57 a.m. B&E investigation on North Montello Street. Building broken into and police report taken.

10:56 a.m. Domestic violence call on Wellington Street. Caller states her 18 year old daughter allegedly just assaulted her and threw her on the bed. Melaine DaSilva, 18, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

11:33 a.m. Domestic violence call on Belmont Street. Girlfriend allegedly bit his back and he wants her arrested. Toni Marie Best, 21, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

12:49 p.m. B&E in progress on Raymond Road. House just broken into and basement door kicked in. Suspects just fled in a Black Lexus MA reg#****** and fled down Sophia Avenue.

1:03 p.m. Domestic violence call on West Chestnut Street. Lots of yelling and brother allegedly punched sister in the face. Jason M. Leonor, 23, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:26 p.m. Domestic violence call on Fuller Street. Boyfriend allegedly beat her up, choked her and punched her. Nilton DePina, 24, of Brockton was charged with A&B and local warrant.

5:36 p.m. Suspicious activity on Raymond Road. Black male wearing black with a black hat was looking in the windows when he saw the caller he took off leaving a bag in the neighbors yard. 2 teens tried to break into this house this afternoon.

6:36 p.m. Domestic violence investigation on Sheppard Street. Caller states his 16 year old sister and brother keep coming into his apartment and threatening to assault him.  The caller states they live in the 1st floor apartment with the father. Sire-Aron Gibson, 18, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:31 p.m. Malicious damage investigation on Montello Street. Caller states his child's mother allegedly threw a suitcase out of the 2nd floor window and it smashed the car windshield. Carol Benders, 51, of Brockton was summonsed for destruction/damage/vandalism.

9:06 p.m. Domestic violence investigation on Parker Street. Caller states her husband allegedly hit her in the face and her nose is bleeding. William Adams Reavis Jr., 24, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 13, 2011

12:18 a.m. Motor vehicle stop on Warren Avenue. Claudio Maizo Deandrade, 28, of Brockton was charged with use of MV without authority, operating MV with license suspended, failure to stop/yield and possession open container of alcohol in MV.

2:17 a.m. Domestic violence investigation on Nilsson Street. Caller states she was in a verbal argument with her ex-boyfriend when he allegedly pulled a hand-gun from a drawer and stated "You're never gonna leave him" referring to the callers present relationship. Caller states she has seen the gun in the past and doesn't have a license to carry. Gregory Arrington, 52, of Brockton was charged with threatening to commit a crime, possession of firearm without FID card, unlawful possession of ammunition and assault with dangerous weapon.

2:44 a.m. Robbery on Court Street & Cary Street. Caller states he was just robbed by 2 Black males and one had a gun. Caller states they ran into the cemetery.

7:32 a.m. Malicious damage motor vehicle on Myrtle Street. Caller states his 2006 Chrysler 300 got damaged from his driver side door, fender and quarter panel.

10:55 a.m. Domestic violence call on Milton Street. Caller is outside and husband allegedly punched her in the head. Ernst Excellent, 59, of Brockton was charged with A&B and violation of abuse prevention order.

2:52 p.m. Check motorist suspicious on Gladstone Street. Out with black Infiniti from earlier man with a gun call. 3 parties ran from the car. Jaemill L. Horton, 32, of Brockton was charged with possession of firearm without FID card, unlawful possession of ammunition, unlawful possession of large capacity feeding device, foreign warrant, intimidation of witness and failure to stop for police. Christopher Dozier, 30, of Brockton was charged with possession of firearm with FID card, unlawful possession of ammunition, unlawful possession of large capacity feeding device. Robert Rutledge, 28, of Dorchester was summonsed for possession of firearm without FID card, unlawful possession of ammunition and unlawful possession of large capacity feeding device.

3:24 p.m. Domestic violence call on Milton Street. Caller stated that her mother allegedly hit her in the head multiple times. Maria Monteiro, 41, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and A&B.

3:27 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress on Boundary Street. Neighbor allegedly threw soda in her face and is making threats to caller. Stacy Preskenis, 44, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

3:29 p.m. Disturbance on Prospect Street & North Main Street. Caller states 10 year old son and 14 year old brother are in Lucy Dollar and the caller states the employee allegedly pushed her brother and son out the store. Xiuyun Chen, 40, of Canton was summonsed for 2 counts of A&B.

3:35 p.m. Domestic violence call on Kensington Place. Caller is neighbor at above and swinging bat at male party and male punched female in the face. Caller was assaulted by her brother. Xavier Rivera, 26, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

3:54 p.m. Domestic violence call on Forest Avenue. Andrew C. Pennor, 22, of Brockton was charged with A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon.

6:07 p.m. B&E investigation on Main Street. Caller came home and discovered his apartment was broken into.

6:14 p.m. Larceny investigation on Myrtle Street. Caller states some one took his sons 2 PlayStation's, 2 laptops computers and the door was unlocked when he got home.

9:42 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance on James Street. caller states her ex-boyfriend is in the house and she wants him to leave and he is allegedly forcing himself on her sexually.  Caller called back and states she was able to get him out of the house. Wilner Francois, 46, of Brockton was summonsed for Assault to Rape.

THURSDAY, JULY 14, 2011

1:43 a.m. Robbery at Shell- 253 East Ashland St. White Male wearing blue shirt and hat. Carrying large knife and caller states he fled the store. States suspect left in a blue Ford Taurus.

2:05 a.m. B&E to motor vehicle on Bunker Avenue. Caller states a Black male wearing a white shirt and blue pants just took her vehicle from the driveway and vehicle is in the middle of the street. Suspect fled on foot towards Battles Street.

2:32 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation on Delia Drive. Vehicle parked on the street and the caller states he heard glass. Unknown party fleeing on foot.

3:51 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation on Bernard Circle. Tall White male wearing blue windbreaker and suspect just dropped some sort of tool and headed towards Bernard Road.

5:17 a.m. B&E motor vehicles investigation at Lebaron Foundary- 14 East Union Street. Enter thru lot back side and 5 vehicles broken into and ransacked.

5:28 a.m. Domestic violence call on Tribou Street. Caller states her boyfriend came to the house asking to use the bathroom and states once in allegedly "Beat" her up. Reuben A. Bailey, 59, of Roxbury was summonsed for A&B and malicious destruction of property under $250.

8:11 a.m. Domestic violence investigation on Weston Street. Caller is currently at the Lincoln Tech Institute- 375 Westgate Drive. States her boyfriend allegedly "Choked, bit and punched or hit her in the eye. She states she has bruised on her legs. David Vasconcelos, 19, of Brockton was charged with A&B and threatening to commit a crime.

8:45 a.m. MVA Pedestrian on East Street. Caller states a male just hit a party with his blue & white Blazer and drove off. Holbrook and Avon PD notified. Richard William Gray, 32, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon, leaving the scene of personal injury and reckless operation of motor vehicle.

12:29 p.m. Domestic violence call on Bishop Street. Jennifer Lynn Sharland, 27, of Raynham was summonsed for A&B with dangerous weapon and A&B.

1:14 p.m. Open and Gross on Carl Avenue & Plain Street. Light colored corner house at above location is a Black male about 5'7, Patriot shirt, jeans and black sneakers and dark colored baseball cap exposing himself in front of children. She is watching him form her vehicle.
