BROCKTON POLICE LOG UPDATED TO THURSDAY, JULY 21, 2011

MONDAY, JULY 18, 2011

11:41 a.m. B&E in progress on Beach Street. 2 White males about 15 years old tried to get into front and side door in the back. Michael Jared Leclair, 22, of Brockton was charged with B&E for misdemeanor.

12:23 p.m. Larceny investigation on Athens Drive. Solar lights stolen.

2:28 p.m. Gunshots call on Clifton Avenue & Green Place. Maroon Dodge Durango shooting an AK-47 at a silver car. Cars last seen Green Place towards Brookside Avenue. Male in the maroon car was a Black male with machine gun with a long clip. 13 shell casings recovered from scene(eight .380 caliber & five .45 caliber)

4:18 p.m. Violation of 209A investigation on Elm Avenue. Caller states he just left the court house and with a 209A order. Suspect has already violated the order by calling him. Leonarda L.Andrade, 39, of Brockton was summonsed for violating abuse prevention order.

4:45 p.m. Man with a gun on Palm Place. Received a call that a Black male in passenger seat allegedly has a silver hand gun. Damen Michael Rivera, 19, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class D drug and drug violation near school/park. Shakeem A. McNeill, 20, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class B drug and drug violation near school/park.

5:07 p.m. Robbery investigation on Riverview Street. Caller and his friends were robbed by a group of teenagers, 1 female and 4 males. The caller states the group took the friends Ipod Touch and no weapons were shown. Caller states he did know one of the males from school.

6:27 p.m. Larceny investigation at Brockton Mini Mart- 139 Pleasant Street. Party came in and stole movies out the store. 2nd caller states he saw male about 16 years old and wearing shorts, and had a bag with a lot of DVDs and CDs in it. Once we brought the suspect back the owner expressed how he wished not to go forward with this and was glad he got his DVDs & CDs back.

8:40 p.m. Robbery on Green Street. Caller wants to report that he was robbed at knife point on Green Street.

9:17 p.m. Overdose on Chatham West Drive. Caller states her boyfriend OD on heroin. Fire en-route.

9:20 p.m. Threats see the complainant on Main Street. Caller wants to report threats allegedly made by ex-boyfriend. David Carroll, 36, of Brockton was charged with 3 counts of threatening to commit a crime and A&B.

9:39 p.m. Larceny of green Dodge Caravan from Wyman Street.

10:09 p.m. Domestic violence call on Liberty Street. Caller states her son allegedly assaulted her and stole her cell phone. Johnathan Holder, 18, of Brockton was charged with A&B, assault with dangerous weapon and larceny under $250.

10:39 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Samantha Rothwell, 26, of Stoughton was charged with sexual conduct for a fee and 2 foreign warrants.

11:07 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress on Taber Avenue. Teenagers fighting in front. Language barrier. Juvenile arrest of 15 year old for A&B with dangerous weapon, A&B and malicious damage to motor vehicle.

TUESDAY, JULY 19, 2011

1:53 a.m. Party unconscious on Oak Street & Campanelli Drive. Male party passed out in white Chevy Malibu and car is running. Officers on scene smashed drivers side window to gain access to vehicle and unconscious party. Douglas Dawson, 32, of Mattapan was charged with OUI liquor.

2:45 a.m. Police officer has prisoners from Renaissance Building-88 North Main St. Marcie Giannini, 36, of Brockton was charged with default warrant. Kristie M.Barry, 36, of Brockton was charged with 2 default warrants.

4:40 a.m. Domestic violence call on Otis Street. Female states she had an argument with her boyfriend and he allegedly choked her. Damian Lamont Battles, 30, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

11:06 a.m. Larceny of MV investigation on Bernard Road. Caller in lobby to report car was repo'd in late June. 2nd repo company came 2 days later to get car but it was already repo'd. Called the bank and spoke with recovery department and they checked with repo companies and confirmed car is missing. Unknown where the car is or who has it. Stolen report taken and bank recovery department notified. 2005 Buick Lacross color red, no plates and car is listed as towed for repo in police system. Checked with that tow company and they did not tow it, they dropped off form and said they were going to get car but never towed it because it was already towed.

12:49 p.m. Larceny in progress on Crescent Street. Loss prevention is chasing a female and located at Home Depot.

1:47 p.m. Overdose on Exchange Street. 21 year old female took several pills and unconscious.

2:47 p.m. Larceny in progress at Walgreens- 1101 Main St. Male party dressed up like a female and is walking on foot heading north on Main Street. Blonde hair, gold top and golden brown skirt. The party used blush, lipstick and spray. Joel Barter, 40, of Boston was summonsed for shoplifting by asportation.

5:13 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress on Warren Avenue. Large fight. Tamika Tirado, 20, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

6:52 p.m. Violation of 209A order. Complainant has received 2 letters in the past 2 weeks from her ex-boyfriend. Complainant was victim of home invasion/domestic violence in June 2011, in which suspect was arrested and currently incarcerated at Plymouth County House of Corrections. Michael C. Gomes, 30, of Plymouth County H.O.C. was summonsed for 2 counts of violation of abuse prevention order.

7:35 p.m. Domestic violence call on Riverview Street. Caller in a green Chevy Blazer at the corner of Riverview & Snell and he is with his friend and she states her boyfriend allegedly hit her and came after her with a hammer. Curtis A. Allen, 54, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:36 p.m. Police officer has prisoners. Shayne R. Stilphen, 20, of East Bridgewater was charged with receiving stolen property over $250. Christopher M. Geno, 25, of Plymouth was charged with receiving stolen property over $250.

9:09 p.m. Domestic violence call on Gardner Avenue. Caller is 17 year old and states her stepmother allegedly slapped her, scratched her and pulled her out of the bathroom. Ruth Montrond, 34, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 20, 2011

12:50 a.m. Assault & Battery in progress at Pisces Kitchen- 820 Main St. Caller reports about 100 people in the street fighting. One gunshot from shot spotter at 787 Main St, on the border of 11 Tribou St. 2nd call from original caller reports one gunshot. Caller could not see who was shooting but sounded like it was in the street.

7:08 a.m. Disturbance at Haitian Assembly of God- 204 Court St. Caller states that new church at 204 Court Street is causing to much noise. Caller states they start at 5 a.m. outside and scream and chant waking up the neighborhood and go on most of the day. Caller states it has been going on for a month and that it is Voodoo. Caller is sensitive to their religion but would like an officer to see if they can practice inside. Group of about 40 people singing and yelling, banging drums and tambourines. Priest cooperative and will bring it inside the building.

7:58 a.m. Domestic violence investigation on Homesite Road. Caller was allegedly punched in the face at 7a.m. and incident occurred on Homesite Road. Caller is now at her stepfathers home. Musset Desarmes Jr., 21, of Brockton was charged with assault with dangerous weapon and A&B.

3:33 p.m. B&E investigation at Brockton Commons- 55 City Hall Square. Caller reports that some one entered her apartment last week through a locked door and stole 24 pair of her underwear valued at $2000.

4:30 p.m. Domestic violence call on Donna Street. Caller is screaming that her kids are being kidnapped by their father. Father is allegedly threatening to hit her if she comes near him. Helder Amarante, 26, of Taunton was summonsed for assault.

4:59 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Josephine Sanchez, 22, of Worcester was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

6:01 p.m. Threats see the complainant on Emory Street. Carlos A. Fernandes, 53, of Brockton was charged with 3 counts of threatening to commit a crime.

8:05 p.m. Serve warrant on Hamilton Street. Richard Alan Sehavilim, 33, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class B drug, possession to distribute Class D drug and drug violation near school/park.

8:26 p.m. Welfare check on Pleasant Street. Caller reports receiving call from elderly mother stating that her 39 year old sister allegedly punched her other sister in the head. Caller states sister was on life support and just got out of the hospital. Kathleen M. Audette, 40, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:56 p.m. Robbery investigation on Main Street & Lawrence Street. Joel Barter, 40, of Boston was charged with unarmed robbery.

10:42 p.m. Police officer has prisoner from Dr. Transmission- 761 Warren Avenue. Carlos L. Pina, 20, of Brockton was charged with trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium.

10:52 p.m. Domestic violence investigation at Quality Inn- 1005 Belmont St. Caller states her baby's father allegedly hit her in the face 3 times. Jerry Chery, 21, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B.

THURSDAY, JULY 21, 2011

2:12 a.m. Disturbance by a family on West Chestnut Street. Caller states she is having argument with husband and would like him removed. Police report taken.

8:17 a.m. MVA with injuries on Belmont Street. Car vs. tree. Joseph Edward Arnold, 28, of Stoughton was summonsed for OUI drugs and marked lanes violation.

9:08 a.m. Code Enforcement at 27 Hervey St. 2 SUVs and a motorcycle were 72hr tagged.

10:44 a.m. Code Enforcement at 1103 North Montello St. This is the former Avon Auto and they have closed up shop and did not turn in the license. There is no cars on the property for sale, the sign has been removed and office is vacant. The cars that are on the property are all registered and not for sale. Will forward to the license commission for revocation. They have another location in Brockton but choose to go before the license commission to get a second location on it one license instead of transferring the license from North Montello Street to 900 block of Belmont Street and setting a bad precedence.

12:50 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress on Auna Drive. See Sheriff on detail....observed a male party strike a female in the face and refusing to give sheriff his id, female party is refusing medical treatment and he gave the address of Aunu Drive. Patrick C. Celestin, 26, of Brockton was arrested.
