2:22 a.m. Domestic violence investigation. Errold Corbin, 26, 379 Centre St., Brockton was charged with A&B and threatening to commit a crime.

3:14 a.m. B&E M/V investigation at 2 Raintree Circle. Husband found their Honda Minivan broken into. The side window is broken.

3:49 a.m. Welfare check at Mainspring House, 54 North Main St. Caller states that a Black female is banging at the door and she looks beat up. Kevin Swain, 53, 88 North Main St., Apt. #2-5, Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B.

6:30 a.m. Narcotics investigation at 21 Porter St., Apt. #1. MSP Gang Unit search warrant for 2 arrests for trafficking in heroin and possession of a firearm and ammunition. Hector Rodriquez Torres, 27, 21 Porter St., Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium, conspiracy to violate drug law and drug violation near school/park. Zachary M. Lacey, 20, 21 Porter St., Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium, conspiracy to violate drug law, drug violation near school/park, possession to distribute Class A drug, possession of firearm with FID card, unlawful possession of ammunition and unlawful possession of large capacity feeding device.

7:15 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation at 184 Pine Grove Drive. Caller states her green 1997 4 door Honda Accord was stolen.

8:57 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at 272 Main St. 2 men in a car threatened and gave the parking attendant(who is a special police officer for the purpose of issuing parking citations) a hard time. A witness verified the situation. I will seek complaints for threats on both parties.

9:05 a.m. Hit & Run investigation at Vinnys Sunoco, 210 East Ashland St. Robert F. Bruttaniti, 41, 211 South St., Holbrook was summonsed for leaving the scene of property damage and operating MV with license suspended.

10:12 a.m. Larceny investigation at Attorney Office, 248 Belmont St. Charles Gabriel Elhelou, 45, 708 South Main St., Apt. #2, Randolph was summonsed for larceny over $250.

10:21 a.m. Code Enforcement at 20 Park St. Meet fire and BHA on scene. Building open and vacant will secure. 1 car 72hr tagged.

11:28 a.m. Larceny investigation at Brockton High School, 470 Forest Ave. Shoes stolen from gym.

11:46 a.m. Code Enforcement in the vicinity of 100 Kennelworth Ave. Out with fire and BOH on a hoarder causing neighborhood problems.

11:51 a.m. Domestic violence call at 44 Myrtle St., Apt. #1. Caller states that her 15 year old daughter is being physically aggressive and allegedly kept pushing her and tried to push her over. Caller locked herself in the room. Juvenile arrest of a 15 year old for A&B and intimidation of a witness.

12:48 p.m. Domestic violence call in the vicinity of 769 North Montello St. Caller states at above address a Black female wearing all black was crossing the street and a Black male wearing all black allegedly chased her and started hitting her and held her by the arm. Larvelle Glover, 31, 710 North Montello St., Apt. #2, Brockton was summonsed for A&B and larceny of motor vehicle.

1:04 p.m. Code Enforcement at Rent a Center, 628 Belmont St. Possible gas leak into the cellar of Rent a Center. DEP, BOH and fire on scene.

1:46 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon knife at Shivam Variety, 521 Main St. Party stabbed in parking lot. Melisa Carter, 36, 26 Allen St., Apt. #3, Brockton was summonsed for A&B with dangerous weapon.

5:07 p.m. Domestic violence call at 589 North Montello St. Father states his son allegedly assaulted him today. Admir Lopes Resende, 21, 589 North Montello St., Apt. #1, Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

5:08 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon knife at 265 Battles Farm Dr. Caller states cousin is allegedly fighting with 18 year old brother at above. He took off heading toward North Main Street and is dressed in all Black and has 2 knives on him. Andrew Booker, 22, 6 Bartlett Lane, East Wareham was summonsed for assault with dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property under $250.

6:57 p.m. B&E investigation at 17 Packard St. Safe taken and food.

1:56 a.m. Domestic violence investigation at Academy Inn, 162 Warren Ave,. Apt. #36. Caller states she was fighting and arguing with her boyfriend and he allegedly grabbed her and choked her until she couldn't breathe. Jose Carlos Santos, 25, 80 Winthrop St., Apt. #2, Brockton was summonsed for A&B and assault.

10:08 a.m. Disturbance by a drunk at Keys of the Kingdom, 34 North Main St. Catherine McPherson, 56, 54 North Main St., Brockton was summonsed for drinking in public.

12:28 p.m. Animal complaint at 12 Walnut St. Animal Control asking for an assist car for the left of 12 Walnut Street in the rear for 3 males beating up a dog.

12:32 p.m. Domestic violence call at 60 Massasoit Ave. Caller is with a friend and she is allegedly threatening to kill herself. Kendra Louise Hall, 23, 60 Massasoit Ave, Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

1:20 p.m. Assault investigation at Trinity Catholic Academy, 37 Erie Avenue. Adam Loomis, 27, Boxberry Lane, Rockland was summonsed for assault with dangerous weapon and reckless endangerment to children under 18.

5:49 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 266 Copeland St. & 1 Country Club Dr. George H. Hoppe II, 51, 192 Copeland St., Apt. #13, Brockton was summonsed for operating MV with license suspended, speeding and child 5-12 without seat belt.

6:00 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at 42 Stillman Ave. Ex-boyfriend allegedly threw something at the windows of her mothers apartment. Martinho C. Veiga, 45, 55 Lyman St., Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with A&B, B&E building daytime for felony and wanton destruction of property under $250.

6:04 p.m. Larceny of M/V at 200 Sawtell Ave. 1997 black Toyota 4Runner was stolen.

6:31 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress at 83 North Main St. Male party states female in his apartment is allegedly drunk and he wants her removed and while on the telephone he stated she just hit him. Leanne Moore, 42, Homeless in Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

7:34 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Carlos M. Pimentel-Ortiz, 35, 171 Bates Road, Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class A drug.

9:07 p.m. Disturbance at Brockton High School, 470 Forest Ave. Adilson M. Vieira, 17, 6 Debbie Road, Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.

10:14 p.m. Man with a gun at 146 Cherry St. 3 guys trying to rob caller and she states they have guns. 2nd call 3 Black males and 2 had guns and 1 had a black hoodie on. Police report taken.

11:38 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Antonio Sequeira, 25, 205 Crescent St., Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

12:22 a.m. MVA at 1283 Warren Ave. Caller states their is a car on the corner but can't see how  many cars involved. Jose Sein, 23, 590 North Montello St., Brockton was charged with OUI liquor, leaving the scene of property damage and marked lanes violation.

1:26 a.m. Disturbance by a family at 686 North Montello St. Caller dialed 911 and states a female is allegedly throwing things around the apartment and he said he was assaulted. Phyllis R. Burns, 47, 35 Clifton Ave., Apt. #2fl., Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:45 a.m. Man with a gun at 393 Copeland St. Male party wearing underwear and holding a shotgun. Called in by Sargent ****** who is on scene. Pellet gun involved.

11:49 a.m. Domestic violence investigation at 54 Walnut St.Caller said her Ex-husband called and said he was going to kill herself and her 4 children and then he was going to kill himself. Ewald Andre, 43, 73 Fowler St., Apt.#2fl., Boston was charged with A&B, threatening to commit a crime and criminal harassment.

2:34 p.m. Code Enforcement at 42 Mary Anne Ave. Neighbors report a mechanic conducting business out of the back yard repairing cars and trucks. Gave him a verbal warning and next is fines and court. He is not licensed to conduct business there. He admitted they were not his cars and will also notify the BOH the yard is a disaster in the back of the house.

3:25 p.m. B&E investigation at 16 Elm Circle. Caller states people just broke in. They came home and found the hinges taken off the back door.

3:26 p.m. B&E in progress at 317 Moraine St. Caller states there is a Hispanic male walking with a stereo under his arm. Caller thinks the male possibly broke into the above house. Recovered a printer and unknown if any house was broken into.

3:29 p.m. Code Enforcement at 59 Ruth Road. 2 cars given courtesy 72hr tag. Spoke to women who came out of the house and explained the rules about unregistered cars parked on the front lawn and yard.

4:07 p.m. Malicious damage to M/V at 134 Summer St. Caller would like to report that someone slashed her vehicle tires and broke her back window.

4:54 p.m. Larceny investigation at Gas Depot, 1123 Main St. Party stole cell phone and they have it on tape.

10:03 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Robert M. O'Connell Jr., 25, 369 North Cary St., Brockton was charged with local warrant and possession to distribute Class A drug.

10:08 p.m. Robbery at 44 Newbury St., Apt.#3. Black male kicked in the door and tried to put them all in one room and they rushed him and took the gun away and chased him down the stairs. Police report taken.

10:58 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress at 56 Henry St. Male outside beating up a female. Errol Meyers, 21, 2 Henry St., Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

11:00 p.m. Welfare Check in the vicinity of West Chestnut Street. On West Chestnut Street at the VA Hospital gate. A female has been in a car for an hour. Allegedly on drugs and is confused. Amy Spauge, 32, 31 Wapping Road, Kingston was charged with 2 counts of possession Class B drug, possession Class E drug and possession Class C drug.

11:08 p.m. Assault & Battery investigation at 42 Frankton Ave. Neighbors outside fighting. Gary R. Buttlar, 49, 42 Frankton Ave, Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2011

12:44 a.m. Gunshots call in the vicinity of 35 Beacon Park. 4 gunshots heard in the area. States heard a lot of commotion outside and people yelling.

12:46 a.m. Gunshots call in the vicinity of 23 Melrose Ave. Caller heard shots and people running.

4:53 a.m. Assault & Battery in progress at 92 Franklin St. & 15 Montello St. Caller walked into the lobby and said there are people allegedly arguing and fighting in the street. Jean Berton, 24, 9 Montello St., Apt. #5, Brockton was charged with A&B dangerous weapon.

5:03 a.m. Unwanted Guest Disturbance on Carl Avenue. Caller states he allegedly found an 18 year old male in his 14 year olds daughters bedroom. The daughter knows him but he shouldn't be in the house. Transported to Brockton Hospital for rape kit, Possible statutory. Justin Ribeiro, 18, 470 Forest Ave., Brockton was summonsed for statutory rape of a child.

11:20 a.m. Domestic violence call at 11 Howard Square. Caller states heard couple on the 2nd floor allegedly fighting and stated heard them in the hallway and male punched female in the face. Mark A. Siciliano, 40, 165 Moncrief St., Brockton was summonsed for A&B and threatening to commit a crime.

1:13 p.m. B&E attempt at 148 Ames St. Attempted B&E to apartment. Police report taken.

1:49 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Joseph M. Pratt, 23, homeless in Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct.

3:50 p.m. Malicious damage investigation at 17 Emmet St. Caller states his brother allegedly just smashed caller's girlfriends car window with a brick and he has since left the area. Dario A. Martins, 35, 17 Emmet St., Apt. #2., Brockton was summonsed for malicious destruction of property under $250.

5:13 p.m. B&E investigation at 44 Winnifred Road. House was broken into and police report taken.

7:49 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at 105 Pleasant St. Caller states there is a male outside allegedly bothering people in the parking lot by the church. Gregory Roth, 44, 3 Royal Dane Dr., Apt. #6, Weymouth was summonsed for disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and assault.

9:03 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigation in the vicinity of Salisbury Street. Caller states she was shot in the leg with a BB gun at a party at 3 a.m. this morning and states she knows the person that allegedly did it. Robin Perez, 50, 49 Oakland St., Brockton was summonsed for A&B with dangerous weapon.

11:34 p.m. Malicious damage investigation at 17 Emmet St. Apt.#2. Window smashed. Dario A. Martins, 17 Emmet St., Apt. #2, Brockton was summonsed for malicious destruction of property under $250.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2011

3:37 a.m. Disturbance by a drunk at 21 Ford St. Caller states they are watching her friends daughter and her friends Ex-boyfriend is outside the apartment and is drunk. Police respond and matter settled.

7:24 a.m. Malicious damage M/V at 497 Battles Farm Dr. Someone smashed driver's side window of Camry.

8:25 a.m. B&E M/V investigation at 5 Millett St. Car broken into and police report taken.

8:51 a.m. Larceny investigation at 11 Howard Square. Caller states someone in the apartment stole his seizure medication(Clonazepam)
