THURSDAY, JUNE 30, 2011

12:39 a.m. Assault & Battery in progress at Max's Blues Cafe- 68 Field St. Caller states a guy said to the bystanders to leave the area so they won't get shot. States he has a gun and they were a group of people who beat up a female and states the female left with her daughter to the hospital. Also states the bouncers shut of the lights after the incident.

12:56 a.m. Assault & Battery investigation. Nurse in the ER states they have a male party that came in and was beat up and wants to file a report. Case # is for A&B victim from Max's Blues Cafe.

2:20 a.m. Assault & Battery investigation at Brockton Hospital- 680 Centre St. Joelene M. Cataquet, 22, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon.

8:43 a.m. B&E investigation on Forest Avenue. Broke into garage and blue dirt bike stolen. Plymouth County BCI to scene for photo's and prints.

9:33 a.m. Assault & Battery in progress at 1123 Main Street. People fighting in the gas station lot. Older male being assaulted by younger male. Black male with dread locks and white shirt and driving a gray Toyota MA# ******- Caller states his is driving back to the scene.

9:42 a.m. Police officer has prisoner from Drew Avenue. Anthony Marcelino, 17, of Brockton was charged with 8 default warrants.

10:01 a.m. Rape investigation. Come see the caller in the lobby for a rape that happened 3 years ago.

10:04 a.m. Shoplifting at Walgreens- 1101 Main Street. Elishia Scott, 43, of Brockton was summonsed for shoplifting by asportation.

10:17 a.m. Shoplifting at Ocean State Job Lot- 85 Torrey St. Eric Allen Ripley, 24, of Attleboro was charged with shoplifting by asportation and arrestee furnish false name/SSN.

10:29 a.m. Domestic violence call on Palm Place. Ex-boyfriend refusing to leave and caller states he allegedly pushed her and he is still there. Courtney G. Gray, 41, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:29 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigation at Lambert's- 82 Crescent Street. Female allegedly stole some and tried to run the caller down with her car. Danguole Duoba Maxwell, 69, of Marshfield was summonsed for shoplifting over $100 by asportation and assault with dangerous weapon.

1:02 p.m. Overdose at Habit Management Institute- 180 Centre St. They gave the patient too much methadone.

3:04 p.m. Code Enforcement at JR Auto Repair- 71 Plain St. Spoke to license holder at this repair facility and he was not aware of the party working at 9:15 p.m.- The building he is working in formerly house a glass shop. No gas traps and not part of his license to do repair work inside the building. Will refer the issue to the Lieutenant for further investigation and or prosecution.

3;06 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress at Mainspring House- 54 North Main Street. caller states male with black T-shirt and jeans sitting on front steps and tried to allegedly assault the caller. Anthony E. Gordon, 55, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

3:21 p.m. Code Enforcement- Traders World- 21 Torrey Street. Checking out whats "HOT" and whats "NOT"

5:55 p.m. Rape investigation at Caritas Good Samaritan Hospital- 235 North Pearl St. See the victim in the ER.

6:09 p.m. Larceny investigation at Caritas Good Samaritan Hospital- 235 North Pearl St. See DR. ******* in the ER. Larceny of cell phone and was traced by GPS to 68 Oak Street earlier.

6:19 p.m. Malicious damage in progress on Malvern Road. Kids shooting BB's at House. Spoke with caller, parents and child.

8:50 p.m. Rape investigation on Langdon Street. See the caller in the lobby.

9:18 p.m. Domestic violence call on Colonel Bell Drive. Caller states her mother and her mothers boyfriend are allegedly punching each other and throwing things at each other. Soraya Mayard, 31, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:17 p.m. Larceny investigation on Algonquin Street. Caller states some one has been banging on her door for the past 10 minutes and will not answer when she asks who it is. Party then went to back door and is banging (ETD could hear the banging) and they still would not answer. Ashley Zamagni, 23, of Hanson was summonsed for larceny over $250.

11:22 p.m. Assault & Battery investigation on Walnut Street. Caller wants to report that she was allegedly assaulted at the above place by the suspect. Sophie Jean Claude, 17, of Brockton was summonsed for 2 counts of A&B.

11:41 p.m. 911 hang up on Temi Road. On callback a female stated her 21 year old and 13 year old daughters are allegedly "Going at it"- states not physical but verbal. Juvenile arrest of 12 year old for 2 counts of A&B.

11:54 p.m. Domestic violence investigation at the Brockton Fair Ground- 500 Belmont St. Frantzso Lafalaise, 20, of Brockton was summonsed for 2 counts of A&B. Leena M. Bien-Aime, 36, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

FRIDAY, JULY 1, 2011

12:10 a.m. Larceny investigation at Friendly Ice Cream Shop- 708 Belmont St. Caller States some Carnival people came in and he has them on video tape stealing medication from an employee's purse and they left the store.

12:29 a.m. Disturbance on Fuller Street & Winthrop Street. Neighbor states she can hear a male and female arguing. 2nd call states a female is struggling to fight a car thief on Edgars Park and can hear yelling in the background. 3rd call states on 127 Winthrop Street she saw a female hanging from a car and then pushed from the car and states she is unconscious in the middle of the street. Michael A. Patricelli, 21, of Brockton was charged with A&B and A&B with a dangerous weapon.

2:00 a.m. Domestic violence call on Ellsworth Avenue. Caller states her uncle is drunk and is in the kitchen allegedly with a knife arguing with there grandmother. William Baptiste, 44, of Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon on person over 60.

10:54 a.m. 911 unknown emergency- Nilsson Street. Female gave an address and said 3 men. The line is open and people are talking in the background. Samuel Varela, 34, of Brockton was summonsed for unarmed robbery.

11:33 a.m. Assault & Battery investigation on Pleasant Street. Daniel Nicholas Delgado, 52, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B on +60 or disabled person.

12:52 p.m. Violation of 209A investigation at Brockton District Court- 215 Main St. Caller states that suspect is in violation of 209A. Frantzso Lafalaise, 20, of Brockton was charged with violation of abuse prevention order.

1:23 p.m.. Violation of 209A order on Hayward Avenue. Caller has a 209A against suspect and she is there now drunk. Valarie McCune, 48, of Brockton was charged with violation of abuse prevention order.

2:18 p.m. Man with a gun on Winter Street & Hovendon Avenue. Caller states 5-6 black males one with Afro holding a black gun and pointing it at another male chasing male around in a caravan in front of the convenience store and beauty shop.

4:28 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress at Mainspring House- 54 North Main Street. Caller states her friends wife and her boyfriend just showed up and are beating him up. Joshua Flint, 24, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

8:56 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Cavalry Cemetery- North Cary Street. Patricia Marie Damaral, 36, of Brockton was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

SATURDAY, JULY 2, 2011

2:49 a.m. Home Invasion- In the vicinity of the 800 block of Main Street. Party called stating that he is on the third floor and saw people entering the second floor and they had guns. Police report taken.

9:36 a.m. B&E investigation on Stillman Avenue. Caller states last evening around 2 a.m. her neighbor was DK and climbed in her window and started questioning her kids and niece and then left out the window. Jose Rosario, 33, of Brockton was summonsed for B&B building night time for a felony.

11:20 a.m. Malicious damage investigation on Longwood Avenue. A chunk of cement was thrown on the callers car. BCI notified. Caller has had numerous past incidents of malicious damage and it seems to be starting up again.

12:22 p.m. MVA pedestrian on Warren Avenue & Florence Street. Car vs. Child. 6 year old hit by car and ambulance sent.

12:44 p.m. Code Enforcement on Perkins Avenue. White van and say Silva Market on side and is at above selling seafood and doesn't have a permit to sell fish out of van.

12:56 p.m. Assist other agency at Texas Road House- 124 Westgate Drive. Meeting East Bridgewater Police at the scene. Joshua Rockwood, 25, of Berkley was summonsed for possession to distribute Class A drug.

1:07 p.m. Malicious damage investigation on 195 Westgate Drive. Damage to room 310. Banard Robert Williams, 32, of Sharon was summonsed for malicious damage to property over $250.

1:48 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at Toys R Us- 105 Campanelli Drive. Edward Brian Green, 29, of Stoughton was charged with possession Class B drug.

9:03 p.m. Threats see the complainant on James Street. Caller was threatened by a woman who was tailgating her. the female got out of her car and block the caller in. she told er she was going to shoot up her house. MA reg#******

9:51 p.m. Assault & Battery investigation at the Annunciation Greek Church- 457 Oak Street. Caller states that her brother allegedly assaulted her. Tyler R. Norton, 18, of Brockton was charged with A&B, intimidate witness, larceny from person and threatening to commit a crime.

10:35 p.m. 911 unknown emergency on Elm View Terrace. Caller states he can hear his roommates girlfriend scream and it is a single family house. He doesn't know if he is assaulting the female. Caller has issues and believed that his tenant was practicing witchcraft. Caller says they called because he believed his roommate was doing witchcraft.

11:45 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress at Howard Square. There is a male beating up a female on the second floor. The caller states the male is allegedly trying to kill her. Henry Harrison, 30, of Brockton was charged with A&B and B&E for misdemeanor.

SUNDAY, JULY 3, 2011

1:15 a.m. Larceny of motor vehicle on Myrtle Street. Car up on her lawn and driver took off toward Warren Avenue. 2nd call states he heard some one take his car from Myrtle Street and he ran after them and they went up on the lawn. The driver bolted but the call didn't see him or get any description.

2:02 a.m. Gunshots Call on Essex Street. Caller states bullet just came into her house.

2:26 a.m. Domestic violence call on Leyden Street. Baby's father allegedly punched her in the face and left. Valdilson J. Pires, 28, of Dorchester was charged with A&B, larceny under $250 and threatening to commit a crime.

2:53 a.m. Assault & Battery in progress on Holmes Street. Female allegedly being assaulted in a beige car. She is screaming for help and the car is behind a truck on Holmes St. The Boyfriend allegedly hit her in the car. Shawn Fortin, 23, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

3:34 a.m. Assault &Battery in progress at Best Buy- 200 Westgate Mall. Large fight in parking lot. Female on the ground and is  bleeding. Unknown what happened and ambulance sent. Gary F. Louis Pierre, 23, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with police officer in performance of duty and resisting arrest.

4:05 a.m. Disturbance on Main Street. Loud Party. Etson Fernandes, 25, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace.

6:22 a.m. Domestic violence call on Warren Avenue. Caller states her boyfriend is allegedly hitting her and her daughter and he hit her in the back. He hit the 12 year old daughter in the face. Luis Evora, 42, of Brockton was charged with A&B, A&B dangerous weapon on a child under 14 and A&B.

11:10 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation on Boundary Street. 2 cars broken into during the night.

1:24 p.m. Assist fire or ambulance on Keith Avenue. Assist fire with female paranoid schizophrenic that thinks she is Jesus and is walking in and out of the street.

2:32 p.m. Robbery on Crescent Street & Lyman Street. 2 black males just jumped a white male and stole his bike and they are headed toward the post office. one has no shirt on and the other has a white T-shirt. Transporting juvenile to New Bedford. Juvenile arrest of a 16 year old for unarmed robbery and A&B. Kevin Antonio Santos, 18, of Brockton was charged with unarmed robbery and A&B.

3:12 p.m. Domestic violence call on Intervale Street. Located at Price Rite on Torrey Street is suspect Christian Ortiz. He is arrestable for three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon. He also needs to be served with a 209A. Christian Ortiz, 22, of Brockton was charged with 3 counts of assault with dangerous weapon.

9;38 p.m. B&E in progress at Brockton Rox- Feinberg Way. Caller states stadium closed and several youths inside. 2nd call states 4 white males with back backs were handing liquor down and believes broke into the liquor area of the stadium. Richard Lewis, 17, of Brockton was charged with B&E building night time for felony and person under 21 in possession of liquor. Matthew Rosanna, 18, of Brockton was charged with person under 21 in possession of liquor and B&E building night time for felony. Antonio Lorgeree, 17, of Brockton was charged with B&E building night time for felony and person under 21 in possession of liquor. Juvenile Arrest of a 15 year old for B&E building night time for felony and person under 21 in possession of liquor.

MONDAY, JUNE 4, 2011

12:31 a.m. MVA at Westgate Lanes- 65 Westgate Drive. 2 female parties got into a car accident. Keila Guzman, 28, of Cambridge was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and A&B on a police officer. Angelic M. Morales, 29, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace , resisting arrest and A&B on a police officer.

12:37 a.m. Disturbance on Owens Avenue. Anttonio Andrade, 22, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with police office in performance of duty, trespassing and resisting arrest.

3:00 a.m. Domestic violence investigation on Montello Street. Female called and stated that her ex-boyfriend just came here and allegedly beat her up. Richard H. Turner Jr., 55, of Rockland was charged with B&E building night time for a felony, A&B, threatening to commit a crime and intimidation of witness.

5:02 a.m. Man with a gun on Goddard Road. Neighbor called and states there is a black male with a gun. ETD heard 1 shot in the back ground and the caller yelling and the phone went dead. 2nd call states their are 2 males fighting on the floor and one has a gun and you can hear in the background another neighbor says he has a gun. Spoke to many parties on scene and no one could provide any info and uncooperative. No on in the area hurt.

8:27 a.m. Larceny investigation at the Dollar Store- 21 Torrey Street. Caller is the manager and he is on his way to the store. The assistant manager is at the store and informed him some one stole all the money in the safe. The exterior doors were locked and no damage was done to the safe.

8:29 a.m. Domestic violence call on Battles Street. Caller is a 16 year old and states 21 year old brother allegedly hit him with a garden tool. Antonio R. Gomes, 21, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.

2:04 p.m. MVA on Cary Street & 117 Benham Street. Multiple calls, car on it's side and pole down. Moises Caceres, 37, of Brockton was summonsed for operating MV with license revoked.

4:25 p.m. Suspicious person on North Main Street & Lynden Street. Justin Quiles, 27, of Holbrook was charged with 5 foreign warrants.

5:42 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at Main Street & Pleasant Street. Tyler R. Norton, 18, of Brockton was charged with A&B, intimidation of witness, larceny from person and threatening to commit a crime.

6:21 p.m. Disturbance on North Warren Avenue & Spring Street. Adam Thomas Vaudry, 48, of Brockton was charged with indecent exposure.

6:47 p.m. Malicious damage in progress at Arch Street. DK male smashing his car in the drive way. Fredrick Henry Boss, 55, of Taunton was charged with B&E in to Boat/Vehicle for misdemeanor and malicious destruction of property of $250.

8:09 p.m. Domestic violence call on East Street. A lot of yelling in the background. About 20 people fighting. Joseph Depina Gomes, 24, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B.

8:36 p.m. Domestic violence investigation on Prospect Street. Caller allegedly slapped by girlfriend. Patina Kelly, 24, of Mansfield was summonsed for A&B.

8:45 p.m. Robbery on Main Street & Petronelli Way. State Police out with a person who is cut. Ambulance sent. Suspect is a black male with a Michael Jordan shirt and black shorts.

9:37 p.m. Home Invasion on Turner Street. Some one kicked in the door and has hammer's and knives. Yelling in the back ground and party hung up. Shawana Ann Leslie, 22, of Brockton was charged with home invasion and malicious destruction of property over $250. Michael Hicks, 40, of Brockton was charged with home invasion and malicious destruction of property over $250.

9:56 p.m. Domestic violence call at CVS- 525 Belmont Street. Officer has one female for domestic violence. Ambulance sent for the officer. Joanne Cambronne, 28, of East Bridgewater was charged with A&B, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

10:30 p.m. Domestic violence call on Holmes Street. 18 year old son fighting with her boyfriend. Brett Cain, 18, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B and intimidation of witness.

TUESDAY, JULY 5, 2011

12:46 a.m. Disturbance at Burger King- 606 Belmont Street. Detail officer requesting assistance. Iagho D. Santos, 19, of Brockton was charged with trespassing, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct. Deandre S. Brown Jr., 17, of Brockton was charged with A&B on a police officer, interfering with police officer in performance of duty, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct. Afredo Perez Jr., 24, of Brockton was charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Juvenile arrest of a 16 year old for A&B on police officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

2:25 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon gun at Brockton Hospital- 680 Centre Street. Brockton Hospital ER states a male with a gunshot wound to the leg just got dropped off from license plate G*****- person is at emergency room. Caller called back and states that the car that dropped him off just left and took a right on Centre Street. Caller states non life threatening shot in the leg and was walking into a house party some where in Brockton. Officer out with vehicle at 47 Wheeler Street. Out at East Chestnut  where the victim was shot. BCI sent to BHER and East Chestnut Street for evidence.

4:24 a.m. Gunshots call in the vicinity of Belmont Street & Manomet Street. Caller states he heard 6 shots and they are not fire works. Shot spotter show 6 shots at 22 Leavitt Street.

8:42 a.m. Larceny of motor vehicle on Jackson Street. Caller states some one just stole her 2005 Nissan Altima and car was just taken. Caller arrived to clean a home and works as a caretaker and her purse was stolen containing the car keys by the patients son.

9:24 a.m. Recovered stolen motor vehicle from above call on Jackson Street. No ignition damage and no visible damage. Suspect is know to police.

9:45 a.m. Domestic violence call at the Elmcourt Hotel- 33 West Elm Street. Caller will be outside waiting and states baby's mother refusing to let him get belongings and allegedly punched him in the face a couple of times. Alysia Thornton, 23, of Brockton was summonsed with A&B.

12:57 p.m. Larceny in Progress at Eastern Bank- 1313 Belmont Street. Black male with white shirt carrying back pack and when you walk in he is to the left at the last teller window trying to cash stolen check. Billy Wolf Merisier, 36, of Dorchester was summonsed for utter counterfeit note, utter worthless/false note and forgery of bank note.

3:02 p.m. Open and Gross at Brockton Public Library- 304 Main Street. Drunk male took urinating in front of everybody by the side entry to the library and is now passed out.
