BROCKTON POLICE LOG UPDATED TO TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2011

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 31, 2011

12:03 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at 33 Morse Ave. Caller states Daniel Rose is allegedly at her front door and refusing to leave. 2nd call states a male party is attempting to break into residence. Brick struck hood and windshield. B.C.I. called for photo's and search of area conducted. Daniel Rose, 42, of 36 McCoy St., Avon was summonsed for B&E building night time for felony and malicious destruction of property over $250.

2:05 a.m. Home Invasion call at Whipple Ave. 1 Cape Verdean male and 1 Black male with dreads broke into house and took things and hit his mother with the gun. States he saw them take off in an older Acura car and it looked blue or black. On call back, ETD spoke with victim who stated that 1 Black male with dreads, wearing blue sweatshirt, carrying a gun and a Cape Verdean male with grey T-shirt with a gun came up to apartment and broke door in and put gun in his face asking for money. Caller states he believes they left in a black or blue Acura heading towards Hovenden Ave.

9:05 a.m. B&E investigation at One Stop Auto Repair- 312 North Montello St. Metal was stolen from lot. They also had a break about 3 weeks ago which went unreported and report taken today.

11:46 a.m. B&E investigation at 67 Winthrop St. House broken into and copper pipes stolen.

11:48 a.m. B&E investigation at 126 French Ave. Broke window and roommate's stuff in boxes and her jewelry and PlayStation and X-Box games.

2:04 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress at 76 Colonel Bell Dr. Caller states female from 1st floor allegedly assaulted her with a set of keys. Court complaint filed on both parties. Florangel Castro, 29, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B with dangerous weapon. Sylvia Tolbert, 51, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B with dangerous weapon.

4:18 p.m. Gunshots Call in the  vicinity of 30 Exchange Street. Caller states gun shots on Exchange Street and states they took off in a silver Toyota. A group of people fighting in the street and then they went behind the house and then gun shots went off, believes some one got shot and his friends put him in the silver Toyota and took off. Caller reports it looks like some one was shot and he was put into a new Toyota and that the car fled south on Montello. Suspect/victim apparent grazing wound on the left side of head and uncooperative, and stated he "woke up that way."

4:41 p.m. Motor Vehicle Stop at 850 West Chestnut St. Citation issued, party refused medical treatment for their 13 year old child with chest pains.

6:38 p.m. Narcotic violation in progress at 158 East Ashland St. & 81 River St. Albert J. Hampton, 21, of 164 Chestnut St., Randolph was charged with distribution of Class B drug.

7:25 p.m. Violation of 209A investigation on South Street. Caller states she has a restraining order on Michael Shanks and states he allegedly walked by her house and threatened her. Michael Anthony Shanks, 55, homeless shelter in Quincy was charged with violation of abuse prevention order.

7:57 p.m. MVA at 53 Market St. Justin Lee Greenberg, 25, of 265 Pallisades Circle Apt. # 106, Stoughton was charged with possession to distribute Class D drug, drug violation near school/park and possession of Class B drug.

8:30 p.m. B&E investigation at 101 Myrtle St. Caller states that house was broken into and laptop and desk top computer seems to be the only things missing right now.

11:42 p.m. B&E investigation at 822 Warren Ave. Some one broke into the basement in the last 5 minutes.

11:55 p.m. B&E in progress at 827 Main Street. Dana V. Raithel, 24, of 38 Beach St. Apt. #2-S, Brockton was charged with B&E building night time for a felony, possession of burglarious instrument and malicious destruction of property over $250. Mathew White, 24, of 294 Summer St., Brockton was charged with B&E building night time for a felony, possession of burglarious instruments and malicious destruction of property over $250. Anthony J. Tortora, 24, of 708 Plain St., Brockton was charged with B&E building night time for a felony, possession of burglarious instrument and malicious destruction of property over $250.

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 2011

2:40 a.m. Disturbance in the vicinity of 129 West Chestnut Street. Unknown female is screaming and running towards Warren Avenue and caller states she did not see anyone else. Dalvio A. Lopes, 25, of 22 Skinner St. Apt. #3, Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

8:34 a.m. Rape investigation at Good Samaritan Medical Center- 830 Oak St. See call #11-63506.

12:52 p.m. Larceny investigation at Auto Zone- 740 Belmont St. Caller states that he left his sprint HTC phone on the counter while purchasing and walked out for a minute and came back and the employee's state that his phone is not there. Police report taken.

1:05 p.m. Shoplifting at Rite Aid-725 Centre St. White female with short hair cut and wearing a black T-shirt and shorts, allegedly tried to take off with a purse full of toothpaste and took off in a green sports car with MA Reg#******- items were retrieved before party left. Nicole Anne Legault, 39, of 71 Packard Way Apt. #1, Brockton was summonsed for common & notorious thief and larceny under $250 by single scheme.

2:07 p.m. 911 unknown emergency at the Stop & Shop - 701 Belmont St. Caller states her baby's father is allegedly chasing her and he is in a red Chevy and she is in a white Lexus. She is now pulling in the Brockton High School parking lot and he is allegedly attempting to crash into her car. Jose Rivera, 37, of 53 Intervale St., Brockton was charged with assault with dangerous weapon.

3:45 p.m. Larceny investigation at 143 Chatham West Dr. Caller states items were stolen from apartment.

6:00 p.m. Serve warrant at 83 Cary St. Apt. #2. Antero E. Barbosa, 48, of 83 Cary St. Apt. #2, Brockton was charged with 2 counts of possession to distribute Class B drug and drug violation near school/park.

6:16 p.m. Larceny investigation at 284 Market St. Pile of scrap metal stolen out of yard. Alexis DeJesus, 34, of 238 Market St., Brockton was charged with larceny under $250 and trespassing.

7:03 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress at Amvets Store- 180 Oak Street. Party has head injury. Adrian Gonsalves, 32, of 65 Prince St., Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and A&B.

8:48 p.m. Narcotics investigation at Walgreens- 880 North Montello St. See pharmacy manager about prescription fraud.

9:21 p.m. MVA at 389 Main St. Car hit parked car. Allegedly drunk female driver and caller took the keys from operator who was going to flee the scene. Linda L. Bartee, 57, of 35 Hemlock Ave., Brockton was charged with OUI liquor, 2nd offense and marked lanes violation.

11:28 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at 19 Burton St. Caller states her ex is allegedly at the above location and will not leave. States he has his vehicle parked behind hers and is outside arguing with her. 2nd caller states that a male party outside above location just broke the glass on the females car and is "trying to beat her up." Nilton DePina, 23, unknown address was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon, A&B, 2 counts of malicious destruction of property over $250 and threatening to commit a crime.

1:19 a.m. MVA at Oak Lounge- 810 North Montello St. Caller states a male allegedly smashed his vehicle into their building and is trying to leave the scene. Jose F. Gomes, 53, of 24 Wall St., Brockton was charged with OUI liquor and leaving the scene of property damage.

7:26 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle at 786 Warren Ave. Some one keyed the car. Police report taken.

7:46 a.m. B&E investigation at Latin American Health Institute- 142 Crescent St. Entry thru front door and multiple doors broken and rooms ransacked.

8:29 a.m. B&E investigation at 55 Kingman Ave. Copper piping and radiators taken.

8:50 a.m. B&E MV investigation at 43 Eastfield Dr. Items stolen and report filed.

8:52 a.m. Larceny of a MV investigation at 880 Warren Ave. 1995 Lexus ES300 stolen.

9:42 a.m. Suspicious person in the vicinity of 181 North Warren Ave.  A White male went into the shed on the property and shut the door. John J. Eurglunes, 35, of 72 Bishop St., Brockton was charged with B&E for misdemeanor and trespassing.

10:49 a.m. Larceny investigation at 395 Westgate Dr. Caller is employee at Chapel of Our Savior and is in back in kitchen and left car window open and some one took PlayStation and 2 money orders.

11:24 a.m. Code Enforcement at 405 North Quincy St. 712 North Quincy St. also selling cars from their houses. Vehicle on front lawn is a friends and not taxed and titled to the owner of the property. Spoke with the owner and informed him of the rules and license requirements. It will be removed. 72hr tagged a black Cadillac.

11:48 a.m. B&E investigation at 157 Prospect St. Rear door damage and electrical wires.

11:57 a.m. Domestic violence call at 195 Winthrop St. Caller states she was arguing with her boyfriend over rent money and he allegedly pushed her down and assaulted her. He is a tall Black man and bald who left the house on foot. Christopher Bullard, 41, of 195 Winthrop St., Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with A&B.

12:16 p.m. Code Enforcement at 46 Falmouth Ave. 2nd floor door reported open and people are going in. City Building Dept. notified to go back and secure the building.

12:22 p.m. Hit & Run investigation in the vicinity of 69 Pleasant St. Wallace H. Jackson Jr., 53, of 25 Bonney St., Brockton was summonsed for leaving the scene of property damage and unlicensed operation of motor vehicle.

12:41 p.m. Code Enforcement at 712 North Quincy St. Call to report that the Liccardi residence is selling cars from his property again. This is the 4th time out to this location and citations have been issued in the past. 2 cars 72hr tagged. A white car and black jeep. Both are unregistered. Will be seeking court order. None of the cars he has had for sale have been taxed and titled to him. The VIN come back to other people. This is an ongoing problem and the party thinks he can get away with it because his father works for DPS as an elevator inspector. Last time I tagged cars the father called up yelling and asking if I knew who he was.

2:13 p.m. Larceny in progress at 16 Packard St. Caller states a Black  male and a Hispanic male just stole a camera and a weed wacker from the job site he is at. They ran off on Owens Avenue.

2:26 p.m. Code Enforcement at Georges Cafe- 228 Belmont St. Served in hand to bartender.

2:58 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Nicole Ann Gillespie, 22, of 5 Overton St., Brockton was charged with default warrant and possession of Class A drug.

3:07 p.m. Structure fire at 42 River St. Fire in basement. Complaint will be issued and a 51-A has been filed. 3 parties have been transported to the BHER for smoke inhalation and singed hair, 2 children and 1 adult. Juvenile arrest of a 13 year old for arson of dwelling house.

6:03 p.m. Narcotics investigation at 200 North Cary St. Amanda Flores, 24, of 818 Crescent St., East Bridgewater was charged with 2 counts of possession of Class B drug. Neftali S. Morales, 22, of 38 West Elm Terrace Apt. #12, Brockton was charged with distribute Class B drug and possession to distribute Class B drug.

9:45 p.m. Overdose reported at 54 Kingman Ave. Heroin overdose and James Burgess, 30 was sent to Brockton Hospital.

10:17 p.m. Code Enforcement at Cardoso Cafe- 146 Montello St. Order served in hand.

10:15 p.m. Man with a gun reported at Georgios Roast Beef and Pizza- 1041 Pearl St. Male in a white pick-up truck waving a gun out the window and pulled into lot. Refer to arrest 11-3958 and 11-3959.

10:27 p.m. Code Enforcement at 22 Perkins Ave. Order served in hand.

10:29 p.m. Domestic violence call at 58 Walnut St. Caller is 24 years old and states father allegedly tried to kill her and mother. He tried to stab caller when she shut the door on him and stated he has a gun and a knife. Caller stated father had 18 year old sister outside and afraid he was going to kill her. The father doesn't live there. 2nd call from 17 year old stating her father is outside and trying to kill her mother and states the father has a turkey knife and is going to stick her. David Alicea, 48, of 58 Walnut St., Brockton was charged with B&E building at night time for a felony and 3 counts of assault with dangerous weapon.

12:52 a.m. Home invasion at Deanna Road. Caller states 4 males with masks on broke her door down and entered their house and tried to rob her. They asked where their money was and they assaulted her 16 year old grandson. 2 males had black hoodie's and sweat pants and another male with a gray hoodie and hat with gray sweat pants and the other male had a gray hoodie and gray sweat pants. Caller states her grandson's laptop and cell phone were taken.

2:14 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at 136 Warren Ave. Anthony Brown, 50, of 16 Elm Circle, Brockton was charged with OUI liquor, fail to stop/yield, possession open container of alcohol in car and not in possession of registration.

3:26 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigation at 81 Warren Ave. Victim said he was stabbed in the face at the Stop and Gas. See the nurse in the ER.

7:08 a.m. B&E in progress at 62 Riverview St. Caller states he just caught a 14 year old male breaking into his basement and trying to steal his bikes. He is now out front with the kid. Juvenile arrest of a 15 year old for child in need of services.

8:26 a.m. B&E investigation at 50 Kingman Ave. Apt #2. Back door kicked in and plasma TV and DVDs taken.

9:51 a.m. Code Enforcement at Polish White Eagles- 40 Emerson Ave. Deliver letter for License Commission about 1:00 rules.

2:56 p.m. Domestic violence call at Caritas Good Samaritan Hospital- 235 North Pearl St. 2nd floor and 3 security officers have requested assistance. Dennis Coite, 37, of 743 Stonyhill Road, Wilbraham was charged with A&B.

5:58 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress at White Avenue & Montello Street. Female approached cruiser and stated two male were allegedly fighting in the park. Brian Seven McNeil, 51, of 17 Keith Ave., Brockton was summonsed for 2 counts of A&B.

5:59 p.m. Overdose at 54 Kingman Ave. Son just took a "ton of medications" combined with heroin. Ambulance sent.

6:53 p.m. Malicious damage investigation at 44 Clifford Ave. Caller's car was egged and vandalized with lip stick.

7:36 p.m. Gunshots call in the vicinity of 34 Brett St. & 1 Brunswick St. Party down in road possibly shot. White Suburban possibly fleeing down Columbia Street. Victim taken by Med flight to Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston with gun shot wounds to arm & head. State Police CPAC to scene. Ballistic evidence recovered at scene. Two suspects in custody. Suspects car and victim's car towed to State Police Lakeville to be processed. Search warrants to be sought and executed later in the day. Phiness Macklin, 19, of 291 Grove St. Apt. #2, Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon, firearm within 500 feet of dwelling, unlawful carry of firearm, A&B with dangerous weapon, assault to murder, firearm-armed conspiracy, possession to distribute Class B drug. George Guyton, 26, of 18 Grove St. Apt.#2, Brockton was charged with assault to murder, firearm-armed conspiracy, unlawful carry of firearm, firearm within 500 feet of dwelling and 2 counts of A&B with dangerous weapon.

7:46 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon knife at Brockton Hospital - 680 Centre St. Party in ER with stab wounds.

8:30 p.m. Domestic violence call at Academy Inn- 162 Warren Ave. Apt. #11. States girlfriend allegedly trashed apartment and hit him. Shannon Maki, 31, of 137 Newbury St., Brockton was charged with 2 default warrants.

8:48 p.m. Overdose at 24 White Ave. Male party overdosed in parking lot. Ambulance en-route.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2011

12:13 a.m. Domestic violence investigation at 10 Wyman St. Apt. #1. Caller states her baby's father allegedly pushed her and she fell outside. He then took their 1 year old baby and believes he went home. Milton Barros, 32, of 39 Huntington St. Apt.#1, Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

12:57 a.m. B&E investigation at 42 Lowell St. Caller states some one broke into the house and they entered the upstairs bedroom. Police report taken.

1:21 a.m. Domestic violence call at 125 Provost St. State Police say they hear people fighting in the background and sounds like a domestic going on. Nancy Cruz, 41, of 125 Provost St., Brockton was charged with A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon.

2:12 a.m. Motor vehicle pursuit at 1092 Montello St. & 31 Perkins Ave. Isabella J. Sheridan, 21, of 18 Quincy St., Brockton was summonsed for leaving the scene of property damage and marked lanes violation.

3:27 a.m. Police officer has prisoner from 7-Eleven- 662 Belmont St. Marcos Araujo, 28, of 50 Farrington St., Brockton was charged with open and gross lewdness.

7:23 a.m. Rape investigation at Hess Gas Station- 261 North Main St. Caller states she was almost raped by a drunk 5'10 skinny Hispanic male wearing tan shirt and carrying a plastic bag.

8:16 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle at 87 Tribou St. Caller stated some one keyed and smashed his windows to his car.

8:26 a.m. Malicious damage investigation at 16 Forest Road. Some one spray painted the callers van.

9:07 a.m. Code Enforcement at DW Field maintenance- 331 Oak St. Caller states an older male keeps filling up dumpster with construction materials.

9:39 a.m. Larceny investigation at 12 Carleton St. Apt. #1. Caller states his belonging were taken from his apartment.

10:25 a.m. Malicious damage investigation at 740 Court St. Caller states his wife allegedly slashed all 4 tires on his car. He also broke into his cab and stole his wallet. There is a witness. Linda J. Fullerton, 43, of 33 West Elm St. Apt. #304, Brockton was charged with malicious damage to motor vehicle, B&E vehicle/boat day time for a felony and vandalize property.

11:21 a.m. Disturbance at 321 North Main St. Robert Monteforte, 65, of 511 Pond St., Braintree was charged with disturbing the peace, trespassing and possession of Class E drug.

3:00 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress at 111 Ford St. Apt.#1. Caller states 2 females are allegedly fighting. Amanda Waite, 20, of 111 Ford St. Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with A&B. Ebony Winstead, 25, of 152 Menlo St. Apt.#1, Brockton was charged with A&B.

3:13 p.m. Domestic violence investigation at Texas Road House- 124 Westgate Dr. Caller is employee who states her ex-boyfriend allegedly went into the restaurant and spit in her face and hit her in the back of the head and kicked her leg. Richard Boria, 34, of 36 Hervey St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

4:00 p.m. Domestic violence investigation at 304 West St. Caller states his sister came into his house and allegedly pushed him to the floor and then ripped the flower box off the house and threw it at him. Jason W. Dembling, 59, of 304 West St., Brockton was charged with assault with dangerous weapon, malicious destruction of property over $250 and intimidation of a witness.

7:32 p.m. Assault with dangerous weapon at Hess Gas Station- 261 North Main St. Black male wearing a button down colored shirt, jeans. Caller states he was pumping gas when the suspect approached him with a knife and took unknown amount of money. Suspect headed towards Waverly Street on foot. Victim was not robbed. Victim refused to look at pictures at the BPD or his residence. Unable to retrieve surveillance tape at this time.

9:16 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon knife at Brockton Fire Station- 42 Pleasant St. Walk in stabbing victim.

9:22 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk at 42.5 Clifford Ave. Caller states her mother's boyfriend has been allegedly drinking and is very aggressive. He tried to hit them both with a plunger. Victor Baerga, 49, of Brockton was summonsed for 2 counts of assault with dangerous weapon.

12:11 a.m. MVA at 1 Tremont St. & 1028 Main St. Antonio Rodrigues Miranda, 44, of 18 Park St., Brockton was summonsed for unlicensed operation of MV and OUI liquor.

12:21 a.m. Larceny of MV investigation at 177 Keswick Rd. Caller states his green 2000 Nissan Sentra was stolen and unsure of license plate.

12:22 a.m. Disturbance at Morabeza Restaurant & Pub- 581 Main St. Group drinking in parking lot and security has asked them to leave and they are refusing. Eliseu Mendes Afonso, 91 Harvard St. Apt. #2, Brockton was summonsed for trespassing.

12:40 a.m. Domestic violence call at 11 Echo St. Apt. #2F. Caller states her husband is allegedly abusing her and states he choked her and slammed her to the ground. 51-A filed with DCF. Matthew David Peterson, 26, of 11 Echo St. Apt. #2, Brockton was charged with A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon.

1:08 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at Haverhill Street. Carlos W. Vazquez, 32, of 348 North Montello St. Apt. #3, Brockton was charged with OUI liquor and marked lanes violation.

1:39 a.m. Malicous damage to motor vehicle at 64 Kingman Ave. Rear & passenger window shattered. Caller states he was inside and heard a bang.

3:29 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at 644 North Main St. & 1 Upland Road. Antonio Alberto Pires, 41, of 168 Bartlett St., Brockton was charged with OUI liquor 2nd offense, marked lanes violation, possession open container of alcohol in MV and negligent operation of motor vehicle.

3:44 a.m. Suspicious motor vehicle at Cumberland Farms- 660 Pleasant St. Caller states 2 White males with masks and knives tried to rob him. Carl S. Crawford, 30, of 133 North Main St. Apt. #2, Brockton was charged with armed assault to rob. James. M. Burgess, 30, of 54 Kingman Ave. Apt.#1, Brockton was summonsed for armed assault to rob.

6:17 a.m. Domestic violence call at 16 Forrest Ave. Apt. #2nd floor. Spoke to female and she states that her boyfriend allegedly beat her up. Gregory Gregg, 39, of 401 Centre St. Apt. #2, Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:00 a.m. B&E investigation at Pizza Maria- 180 Oak St. Caller was passing by and noticed the front window to the store is totally smashed. Doors kicked in and half empy bottle of liquor on counter.

9:48 a.m. Malicious damage motor vehicle at 122 North Leyden St. Rear passengers window and rear windshield.

9:56 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation at 186 West Harvard St. Items taken out of car.

10:14 a.m. Malicious damage investigation at 40 Budd Ave. 2 cars with window damages by a pellet gun.

10:52 a.m. Sex Offenses on Elm Avenue. See the caller in the lobby concerning her daughter under the age of 13.

1:21 p.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation at 33 Alphonse Road. GPS taken.

2:20 p.m. Domestic violence call at 33 Harvard St. Apt. #5. Caller states her nephew allegedly assaulted her. Gabriel Alatasi, 26, of 33 Harvard St. Apt. #1, Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

2:40 p.m. Assualt & Battery investigation at 28 Longwood Ave. Apt. #1. Caller stated she went to the above address yesterday and was allegedly assaulted by the first floor tenant. Dave Maclachan, 49, of 28 Longwood Ave. Apt. #1, Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

3:11 p.m. Domestic violence investigation at Harbor One Credit Union- 68 Legion Parkway. See the caller in the lobby. Stated his ex-girlfriend allegedly assaulted him at the above location at the ATM. Dianne C. Donovan, 36, of 154 Arthur Paquin Way, Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

4:11 p.m. Carjacking at Honey Dew Donuts -541 Pleasant St. Caller states a Black male wearing a blue shirt pulled a large knife out and stole her friends car. A white Pontiac Gran Am. See next call item. Linked this call with call #11-65059-robbery at 7-Eleven on Pleasant St. Carjacked female then attempted to rob the 7-Eleven.

4:14 p.m. Robbery at 7-Eleven Store- 411 Pleasant St. Black male came into store with a knife and tried to rob the store. The employee's are holding him down inside the store. Kaishing Crittendon, of 120 Dover St., Brockton was charged with armed carjacking, armed robbery, A&B with dangerous weapon, assault with dangerous weapon and attempting to commit a crime.

5:00 p.m. Larceny investigation at 507 Warren Ave. Caller states some one cut out and stole all of the copper pipes in the basement over the weekend.

7:06 p.m. Gunshots call in the vicinity of 221-237 Sawtell Avenue. 5 shots heard and reports of a young Black male wearing jeans and a gray sweater ran towards Field St. Caller did not see if he was the one with the gun or doing the shooting, but he was running after the shots.

9:21 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at Giannaro's Package Store- 430 Main St. Charles Mcneil, of 419 Warren Ave. Apt. #1., Brockton was summonsed for trespassing.

11:51 p.m. Gunshots call on Hunt Street. Caller states they heard multiple rounds.

12:29 a.m. MVA at 34 Benham St. David Lopes Dossantos, 29, of 57 Sheridan St., Brockton was summonsed for reckless operation of motor vehicle and possession open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.

2:40 a.m. Domestic violence call at 56 Pine Grove Dr. Caller states his girlfriend allegedly just attacked him while he was sleeping. States his face and mouth are swollen and 2 children in the bedroom with him and baby is crying. Amadeu Filho, 26, of 56 Pine Grove Drive, Brockton was charged with A&B and intimidation of witness.

3:40 a.m. Disturbance at 62 Stillman Ave. Levar Robinson, 34, of 62 Stillman Ave, Brockton was charged with A&B.

7:11 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation at 7 Carleton Ave. Caller states his red 2005 Toyota Rava was broken into.

10:03 a.m. Larceny investigation at 86 Manomet St. Jewelery taken from the house.

11:30 a.m. Assault & Battery investigation at 47 Milton St. Caller stated she was allegedly assaulted last night. Shayla Gomes, 18, of 55 Holmes St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

11:32 a.m. 911 unknown emergency at 9 Madrid Square. Caller was speaking to his child's mother at the above and she was buzzing some one in and something happened. It sounded like she was being assaulted and yelled "call the cops." Jennifer Landry, 34, of 21 Madrid Square, Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.
