BROCKTON POLICE LOG UPDATED TO MONDAY, JULY 25, 2011

THURSDAY, JULY 21, 2011

1:43 p.m. Code Enforcement on Southland Terrace. It is reported the place is a mess. Cars and parts all over the place and some sort of a structure has been built next to the neighbors home and is concerned with the safety of it. One unregistered hulk of a car was 72hr tagged. Notified the BOH and the building department.

2:35 p.m. Code Enforcement on West Chestnut Street. Check to see what progress has been done on removing the 5 or 6 boats from the yard. Does not look like much progress has been made. Will contact the BOH and have them take this to court under the nuisance ordinance.

2:46 p.m. Code Enforcement on West Elm Street. Check the property for the BOH and get the owners info from Officer ******* so they can send a letter to fill in the foundation hole it is a serious safety hazard.

2:48 p.m. Larceny/Forgery/Fraud at Bank of America- 695 Crescent St. White male with blue shirt, brown hair in bank allegedly with fraudulent check. They are trying to keep him in the bank and driving gold Altima. Renee A. Fitton, 21, of Easton was charged with 2 counts of larceny under $250, utter false check and forgery of check. Ryan S. Mcateer, 20, of Stoughton was charged with 2 counts of larceny under $250, utter false check and forgery of check. Joshua King, 21, of Stoughton was charged with 2 counts of larceny under $250, utter false check and forgery of check.

6:17 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress at Dunkin Donuts-43 Torrey St. 2 females fist fighting and one is pregnant. Melody Monteiro, 25, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon, assault with dangerous weapon and A&B.

6:24 p.m. MVA with injuries at Reynolds Memorial Highway & 156 Westgate Drive. Motorcycle was allegedly pulling a wheelie and crashed into the guard rail. Miguel J. Andrade, 22, of Brockton was summonsed for negligent operation of motor vehicle.

6:40 p.m. 911 unknown emergency on Holmes Street. State Police got a 911 cell call from a female and she stated she needs police at this address. State Police could hear her argue with some one and then the line went dead. Peter Teixeira, 28, of Brockton was charged with A&B, assault with dangerous weapon, armed B&E day time for felony and malicious destruction of property over $250.

8:01 p.m. Domestic violence call on Royal Road. Caller state Anthony Sullivan(children's father, fiancee) is allegedly being violent toward her and his mother. He actually pushed them both. No weapons involved. Caller states he is drunk and on drugs and he is still in the house. Anthony F. Sullivan, 30, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B and threatening to commit a crime.

9:15 p.m. 911 verify call on Minot Avenue. Shayna Stuckey, 23, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

9:18 p.m. Larceny investigation at R&K Food Mart- 77 Legion Parkway. Caller states a Black male that looked like a body builder walked out without paying for his beers. Unknown direction or other info.

9:27 p.m. Larceny investigation on Bradley Avenue. Caller states 100 Vicodin pills were stolen along with other collectible items from his house.

FRIDAY, JULY 22, 2011

1:27 a.m. Threats see the complainant on Farrington Street. Ex-boyfriend has sent text that he is allegedly going to kill her and she states he was around the apartment about 1 1/2 hours ago and he is sending pictures of her front door. Alexandre Florencio, 24, of Abington was charged with threatening to commit a crime, annoying telephone calls and stalking.

3:47 a.m. MVA on Schultz Road. Car vs. Pole and caller states couple of guys got out of car and ran and one party still in car.

6:43 a.m. Larceny investigation on Westland Street. Blue motor scooter taken.

10:19 a.m. Robbery at Davis Commons- 165 Carl Avenue. Caller states he went to above location to meet a female known by "Kayla" and stated that while in the apartment that a Hispanic or Cape Verdean male wearing all black and a bandanna over his face, carrying a machete. Came out of the bathroom and robbed him of $60 and states he also tried to take a ring from his hand and his cell phone. Caller was cut on hand. Lanika Brewington, 28, of Brockton was charged with conspiracy, armed assault to rob and armed & masked robbery.

11:35 a.m. Welfare check on Camden Street. Two 3 year olds are wondering at above location. Caller has stopped and has the children. 51a filed and police report taken. Party located parent on Blendall Street.

11:37 a.m. Code Enforcement on Howard Street. From the Mayors office, cars being for sale on the front lawn. Party has one car for sale and it is registered and insured with a valid plate on it to that address.

11:55 a.m. Code Enforcement on North Quincy Street. Owner is reported to be selling cars again and he is not licensed to do that. Selling cars again. Truck on the front lawn for sale. He was told not to be selling cars there any longer. Will seek criminal action this time. Last time it was just a fine and he was told not to do it again.

12:07 p.m. Larceny/Forgery/Fraud at Eastern Bank -1313 Belmont St. 2 females attempting to cash fake check. One check was cashed and female left ID on counter. Tatiana Andrade Depina, 21, of Brockton was charged with forgery of  check, utter false check and larceny over $250. Janell M. Souza, 19, of Brockton was charged with forgery of check, utter false check and attempting to commit a crime.

12:14 p.m. Code Enforcement on Mystic Street. Owner is storing cars and trucks on property from defunct car dealership. Two of the cars have been removed and the truck that has been towed before is still on the property in violation of the city ordinance. Can't get to it because it is blocked in with registered cars. Will look at the possibility of a court order to remove it.

1:27 p.m. Code Enforcement on Grove Street. One junk car in the rear yard and tagged with 72hr tag.

1:43 p.m. Code Enforcement on Grove Street. Meet building department on scene, apparently they are doing work on the illegal church and they have no permits. Power has been terminated to the illegal church at the order of Lt. ******** of BFD. They are in violation of a court order by supplying power to the building. They are also doing construction work with no permits. Building and Fire departments will seek contempt charges. Also there is a blocked egress at the 3rd floor. A/C in the window at the fire escape preventing exit in an emergency.

5:04 p.m. Domestic violence call on Elliot Street. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly punched her numerous times. Marco Paul Rodrigues, 24, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

5:36 p.m. Domestic violence call on Laureston Street. Caller states female allegedly threw rock and broke drivers side window. Caller states bleeding a little. Bertude Olvier, 20, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property under $250.

7:30 p.m. Domestic violence call on Court Street. Caller states 14 year old son tried to drown his 11 year old brother. Caller also states the 14 year old punched his brother numerous times. Caller is calling from neighbors house and states father punched him in the face 3x's. Juvenile arrest of 14 year old for A&B with dangerous weapon.

9:23 p.m. Disturbance on Centre Street. Caller states client in home spraying a fire extinguisher at him and he needs police to take it from him. Victor C. Galvao, 28, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B with dangerous weapon and destruction of property over $250.

10:43 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress on Warren Avenue. Caller is inside gas station. Black male with blue shirt in parking lot assaulted the caller and now fighting with another male in parking lot. Antoine Noel, 27, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B and accost/annoy person of opposite sex.

1:15 a.m. Disturbance by a family on Arlene Street. Caller states one of the boys that lives in her house is arguing and yelling, also throwing stuff in the house and at her. Juvenile arrest of 15 year old for assault with dangerous weapon.

1:37 a.m. Party unconscious at Lithuanian Village Cafe Family Pizza- 128 Ames St. Joseph Brown, 30, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and A&B.

5:30 a.m. Assault & Battery investigation at Cumberland Farms- 660 Pleasant St. Clerk said customer allegedly spit in his face. Customer left but clerk has plate. Trespass notice issued to Joseph Ryan Hernandes-Traver, 20, of Brockton.

6:54 a.m. Disturbance on Webster Street. Caller said male and female allegedly fighting in small grey car. Michelle Holland, 43, of Newton was charged with A&B. Stephen Foley, 48, of Quincy was charged with operating MV with license revoked.

9:45 a.m. Domestic violence call on Marion Street. Caller states that her sister-in-law is allegedly slamming doors, making threats and trying to keep the caller out. Caller states that sister-in-law is "tweaking" out because she does drugs. Michelle Frederick, 44, of Brockton was summonsed for assault.

12:08 p.m. Domestic violence investigation on Pine Grove Drive. Caller was fighting with her boyfriend and he allegedly pushed her down on the bed and she is pregnant and hurt. Michelet Berger, 35, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

2:04 p.m. Domestic violence call at Rent-A-Center- 736 Crescent St. Caller states that her ex-boyfriend Justin allegedly tried to pry her window open, punching the hood of her car, jumping on her car and pushed her and refused to let her leave. Caller is now in front of family dollar and the ex is sitting on a couch outside Rent-A-Center. Emergency order granted and served. Justin Flannery, 19, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

2:13 p.m. Domestic violence call on Brunswick Street. Chinese male allegedly beating on his wife and she is holding her head and possibly hurt. Xinrong Zhuang, 53, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and resisting arrest.

2:23 p.m. Domestic violence call on Plain Street. Caller states that her boyfriend allegedly is trying to put his hand on her because she is going out and he said she was not going anywhere. Ibraltino R. Goncalves, 27, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

2:26 p.m. Disturbance on Porter Street. Caller is arguing with her niece over her car. Janet Williams, 45, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace. Juvenile arrest of 15 year old for disturbing the peace.

3:47 p.m. B&E in progress on Sagamore Road. Caller just came home and hears some one upstairs in  bedrooms. Caller and friend are in back yard and found bike in yard. Brendan H. Bamford, 23, of Brockton was charged with B&E building day time for felony and unarmed burglary.

5:16 p.m. Threats see the complainant on Crescent Street. Marc Jaramillo, 27, of Brockton was summonsed for intimidation of witness and A&B.

6:18 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at Ames Street & Melrose Street. Jeffrey Lebrun, 26, of Stoughton was charged with crosswalk violation, MV operator refuse to identify self, unlicensed operation of MV, 2 counts of possession of Class E drug and foreign warrant.

10:48 p.m. Larceny in Progress at 1 Feinberg Way. Light skinned male with black shirts and white t-shirt....took off towards Belmont Street on foot. He grabbed bag of money. Searched the area and unable to locate suspect. Police report filed.(Please see BrockonPost.com article on the Rox robbery.)

12:20 a.m. Assault & Battery in progress at Cardoso Cafe- 146 Montello St. Fight outside and male with head injury. Jalison V. Carvalho, 27, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace, A&B and resisting arrest. Jonathan Hanna, 26, of Hyde Park was charged with disturbing the peace, A&B and resisting arrest.

12:50 a.m. Assault & Battery in progress at Morabeza Restaurant & Pub- 581 Main St. Pedro Santos Pires, 31, of Brockton disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

5:02 a.m. Gunshots call on Mason Street. Caller states some one just shot her house, states they shot the front door, 2-3 shots and states she was sleeping during the shooting and didn't see anybody.

5:43 a.m. Domestic violence call on Pine Grove Drive. Caller states her brother was arguing with her and allegedly hit her and left the house. Abraham Saika Toure, 23, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

9:23 a.m. Code Enforcement at The Tekoah Club- Petronelli Way. The side door on the second floor is open and the 2nd floor side door the plywood has been removed and tossed to the side making the entire building accessible. Notified the Building Commissioner by e-mail as well at BFD.

10:44 a.m. Domestic violence call on Glenwood Street. Caller states daughter called her and left the line open and can hear boyfriend allegedly assaulting daughter. Lawrence Mabine, 30, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

11:24 a.m. Larceny investigation at Melrose Cemetery- 88 North Pearl St. Caller states his uncle's plague was stolen. It was made out of copper. Meet hi at the original opening. 2nd call from caller states he looked around and no one Else's Veterans copper plaque was taken and he thinks it was the lawnmower. He will call grounds keeper on Monday to check.

12:04 p.m. Code Enforcement on Banks Street. Will refer to the BOH, no cars in the yard and trash all over as well as busted up bed, dresser and mattress.

12:14 p.m. Code Enforcement on Banks Street. 1 green pick-up truck 72hr tagged. Blocks and rocks keeping it from rolling out of the side yard. Truck full of trash and "Junk." Will be back next week to remove it if it's not gone.

12:16 p.m. Code Enforcement on Banks Street. No number on the house and will be sending a courtesy letter and then in 7 days cite for "no number" on the house in violation of city ordinance. One white caravan type vehicle 72hr tagged.

12:21 p.m. Code Enforcement on Armiston Street. It's a vacant house and secure at this time. Will contact BOH and see what they can do.

1:12 p.m. Disturbance on  Brunswick Street. Caller states the male that assaulted her neighbor yesterday is back at the house now yelling about his belongings. Xinrong Zhuang, 53, of Brockton was charged with violation of abuse prevention order.

1:21 p.m. Domestic violence investigation on Richmond Street. Caller wants to report that her husband hit her last night when he was drunk. Officers did go to this address last night about this incident and both parties stated it was a verbal argument. An incident report was taken last night(11-4512-OF) Caller stated she was afraid at that time to tell the officers her husband choked her. Arrigo T. Miranda, 35, of Brockton was charged with attempted murder and threatening to commit a crime.

2:31 p.m. Domestic violence call on Second Street. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly took her phone and pushed her and then slapped her in the face. He fled out the house on foot. Moses Almeida, 29, Other city/town, Ma, was summonsed for A&B.

2:56 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress on Oak Lane. Large group of people fighting out front. Lawrence Mabine, 30, of Brockton was summonsed for 2 counts of intimidation of witness and 3 counts of threatening to commit a crime.

4:53 p.m. Assault & Battery investigation on Ellis Street. Caller states a friend of hers came over house and they got into an argument. He allegedly assaulted her and grabbed a knife and threatened to kill her. Tyrone Evans Jr., 30, of Brockton was summonsed for assault with dangerous weapon, A&B and intimidation of witness.

4:56 p.m. Domestic violence call on Woodard Avenue. Patient giving them a hard time. William Perkins, 53, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.

5:52 p.m. MVA pedestrian on Dover Street. Ma reg# ****** hit the caller and left the scene. Sandi Rubino, 33, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.

9:38 p.m. Violation of 209A order at Davis Commons- 165 Carl Avenue. Caller was in her apartment arguing with her boyfriend and her mother who she has a 209A on, allegedly assaulted her. Maureen Lightbourne, 66, of Brockton was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order and A&B.

9:50 p.m. Disturbance on Battles Street. Karen Obrien, 24, of Hyde Park was charged with affray, A&B on police officer, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and unlawful wiretap. Tracey Mckenzie, 28, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

11:15 p.m. Disturbance by a family on Arthur Street. Caller wants her 22 year old daughter removed. Caller states her daughter keeps trying to fight her. Sharon James, 43, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

MONDAY, JULY 25, 2011

1:17 a.m. Malicious damage in progress on Athens Drive. People vandalizing things in the area. Caller states she can hear her neighbor yelling across the street. 3rd call states car and another MV were racing. Juvenile arrest of 13 year old for disturbing the peace, vandalize trespass notice, disorderly conduct and malicious destruction of property under $250. Juvenile arrest of 14 year old for disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and malicious destruction of property under $250. Juvenile arrest of 15 year old for disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and malicious destruction of property under $250.

3:16 a.m. B&E in progress at 282 Main Street. Across the street form 283...men's, teens, wear...some one just busted glass to get in and she saw a white t-shirt and black pants and no other description. Police report taken.

6:23 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at Brockton Hospital- 680 Centre Street. Caller states a party is refusing to leave and he is at the emergency side entrance. One male placed in protective custody.

9:15 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle on Debbie Road. Some one took grate from charcoal grill and damaged hood of callers car. Scott A. Forrester, 48, of Brockton was summonsed for malicious destruction of property over $250.
