BROCKTON POLICE LOG UPDATED TO THURSDAY, APRIL 7, 2011

MONDAY, APRIL 4, 2011

1:25 a.m. Motor Vehicle Stop on North Montello Street & Elliot Street. Domingos V. Santos, 40, of Brockton was charged with OUI 3rd offense and improper operation of motor vehicle.

2:04 a.m. Overdose on Francine Drive. Mother thinks daughter is overdosing. Ambulance sent. 22 year old daughter having reaction to heroin and taken to BHER.

6:53 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicles on Emmet Street. BB gun to vehicles.

8:14 a.m. Larceny investigation on Perry Avenue. 2007 red Honda Accord with 4 tires stolen and car is on cinder blocks.

10:55 a.m. Assault & Battery in progress on North Warren Avenue. Caller state's her sisters boyfriend allegedly threw a bowl at her and slapped her. Christoper J. Andrade, 23, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

12:05 p.m. Police officer has prisoner from Brockton High School- 470 Forest Avenue. Tyler Butler, 17, of Brockton was charged with trespassing, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.

2:50 p.m. Larceny/Forgery/Fraud-Bridgewater-Goddard Park Medical-110 Liberty St. Regarding an altered prescription for pain medication. Under investigation.

3:10 p.m. Robbery in the vicinity of 375 Westgate Drive. Male party called from 911 cell phone stating he was robbed by a male party in a small green car and states they put a knife to his throat and robbed him of his money and meds. By the Super-8 and allegedly Sean Cornell kicked him and has the pocket knife. Two males in a green Ford Taurus and money and prescriptions were taken. Investigation to follow and Sean D. Cornell, 25, of Brockton was charged with Foreign warrant.

5:31 p.m. Domestic violence call on Spring Street in the vicinity of the 225 block. Jeanclaude J. Michel, 53, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

6:27 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress at International Food Gourmet- 57 Oak Street EXT. Female caller state's that her ex-husband is allegedly beating up her new boyfriend outside of the store. Gerard A. Puricelli, 49, of Brockton was charged with 3 counts of assault, trespassing and witness intimidation.

6:53 p.m. Police officer has prisoner on Main Street & Crescent Street. Patrick Chadwick, 57, of Brockton was charged with open and gross lewdness and disorderly conduct.

7:56 p.m. Gunshots call in the vicinity of the Old Colony YWCA-465 Main St. 5-6 shot in the vicinity of Exchange Street. Multiple calls coming in and possible in the area of Bolton Place. Male party called and stating someone has been shot on Somerset Place. Ambulance sent and police investigating.

9:19 p.m. Robbery at Subway- 768 Centre Street. Black male showed a gun and fled in unknown direction. Abington notified.

9:44 p.m. Domestic violence call on Bartlett Terrace. Caller state's her mother allegedly punched her in the face and is throwing all her stuff around. Mildred Cartagena, 41, of Brockton was charged with A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon.

TUESDAY, APRIL 5, 2011

2:12 a.m. Disturbance on North Quincy Street in the vicinity of the 700 block. White male out front and banging on his door. Thinks he is yelling he was attacked. He was thrown out of cab by driver when he attempted to touch hi with a large black dildo.

7:20 a.m. Assist fire or ambulance on Berglund Avenue. 20 year old daughter having a panic attack and mother state's she just fled house in unknown direction. Mother state's daughter allegedly attacked her and broke thinks in the house. Casiana E. Garcia, 20, was summonsed for A&B and malicious destruction of property under $250.

10:22 a.m. Threats see the complainant on Auburn Street. Caller state's he has allegedly been getting threats from a Paulo Semedo. Paulo F. Semedo, 44, of Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.

10:29 a.m. 911 unknown emergency on Curve Avenue. Susan Ramos, 29, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon. Stephen Ramos Jr., 32, of Brockton was charged wtih A&B, intimidating a witness and violation of abuse prevention order.

11:48 a.m. B&E investigation on Grafton Street. B&E to vacant home. Caller is realtor and will wait outside for officers. Police report taken.

1:23 p.m. Shoplifting at Walgreens-1101 Main Street. Female party stole $5.99 item and fled. Catherine Belanger, 55, of Brockton was summonsed for shoplifting by asportation.

2:43 p.m. Domestic violence investigation at Davis Commons- 165 Carl Ave. Caller state's that her daughter's father Frantz Cameau allegedly put his hands on her and pushed her when they were talking. Frantz Cameau, 45, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

4:08 p.m. Disturbance at the Bat Bus Terminal- 10 Commercial Street. Pauyo Rosey, 17, of Brockton was charged wtih disturbing the peace, threatening to a commit a crime and resisting arrest.

4:25 p.m. MVA with injuries on Forest Avenue. John Alexander, 35, of Fall River was summonsed for reckless operation of motor vehicle, leaving the scene of personal injury, operating MV with license revoked, failure to stop for police, failure to drive in right lane and failure to stop/yield.

5:54 p.m. Larceny investigation at Petti's Market- 216 Belmont St. Caller state's male just stole an 18 pack of beer and left in gold vehicle MA reg ******- Anthony Brown, 49, of Brockton was summonsed with 2 counts of shoplifting by asportation.

7:30 p.m. Serve warrant on Bunker Avenue. Kamal Smith, 31, of Brockton was charged with trafficking in cocaine, posession to distribute Class B drug, possession to distribute  Class D drug, possession of firearm without FID card, unlawful possession of ammunition and drug violation near school/park.

9:35 p.m. Violation of a 209A order on West Ashland Street. John Masson, 36, of Manchester, CT was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order and false crime report.

10:05 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigation on Prospect Street. Caller state's after police left Olive Street, the brother of ******** ******* came out of the house and allegedly pointed a gun at him and the sister. Ricardo Neree, 23, of Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.

10:33 p.m. Motor Vehicle Pursuit on Snow Avenue. Jeremy Fernandez, 40, of Brockton was charged with receiving stolen car, reckless operation of motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, leaving the scene of property damage, operating MV with license revoked and 4 warrants.

8:22 a.m. Larceny investigation at Best Gas- 899 Belmont St. Black Nissan Maxima MA reg# ****** took off before paying after pumping $50 worth of gas.

9:44 a.m. B&E investigate on Florence Street. Broke basement window and took copper pipes/ house under construction.

10:10 a.m. B&E in progress on Market Street. Caller state's that an unknown white female with red hair is outside her door with a knife trying to break in claiming to live on the 2nd floor. Caller state's female looks like she is under the influence of something. Amanda Gray, 22, of Brockton was summonsed for Home invasion, A&B, armed assault in dwelling, A&B on police officer, A&B on ambulance personnel, threatening to commit a crime and armed B&E day time for a felony.

12:52 p.m. Malicious damage investigation on Montello Street. Copper stolen, walls ripped up and all sorts of other vandalism.

5:36 p.m. Domestic violence investigate on Main Street. While driving on Main Street earlier today ex-boyfriend allegedly leaned over from the passenger seat and suckered punched victim. Roger J. Leroux, 49, of Taunton was summonsed for A&B with dangerous weapon.

5:55 p.m. Assault & Battery in progress on Kingman Street & Crescent Street. Male allegedly beating up female. Albert Deandrade, 45, of Bridgewater was charged with 2 counts of A&B and assault with dangerous weapon.

7:19 p.m. Domestic violence investigate on Wentworth Avenue. Timothy Quirke, 34, of Quincy was charged with A&B.

10:24 p.m. Robbery at the Brockton Mobil Mart-1012 Belmont Street. Caller state's he was robbed at gun point by black male wearing a grey hoodie and black mask or bandana. Fled on foot in unknown direction.

THURSDAY, APRIL 7, 2011

10:21 a.m. Violation of 209A investigation at Brockton District Court- 215 Main St. Victim is in the safe plan office. Stephen A. Miranda, 36, of Brockton was charged with violation of abuse prevention order.
