BROCKTON POLICE LOG UPDATED TO MONDAY APRIL 11,2011

THURSDAY, APRIL 11, 2011

10:21 a.m. Violation of 209A investigation at Brockton District Court-215 Main St. Stephen A. Miranda
26, of Brockton was charged with violation of abuse prevention order.

12:55 p.m. Assist Fire or Ambulance. Caller on scene and male is past out or overdosed on drugs. George Heger, 44, of Brockton was charged with A&B on police officer, resisting arrest and A&B with a dangerous weapon.

1:03 p.m. Assault & battery in progress at Brockton Neighborhood Health Center- 63 Main St. Caller state's outside is male confronting security. Christopher Henry, 44, of Brockton was charged with A&B, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.

2:48 p.m. Disturbance on Elliot Street in the vicinity of Lou's Auto body. Kids in a maroon jeep shooting cars with paint balls.

3:33 p.m. Rape investigation- Caller state's her daughter called her and stated that her granddaughter was assaulted at school today. Spoke with the mother of the child. Happened in the school bathroom and ambulance sent. Police report taken.

5:00 p.m. Assault & Battery investigation on North Main Street. Fred Albert Yackevicz, 54, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:12 p.m. Larceny investigation at Victoria's Secret- 200 Westgate Dr. Incident happened last night...larceny over $250.

9:20 p.m. 911 hang up on Overton Street. Nicole Ann Gillespie, 22, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:13 p.m. Disturbance on Howard Square. Caller state's she had a fight with the tenant from the 2nd floor. Maria A. Fernandes, 24, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

11:16 p.m. Motor Vehicle Stop at 238 Warren Ave. Yoshie Dennis, 24, of Boston was charged with possession to distribute Class D drug, drug violation near school/park and conspiracy to violate drug law. Robert Jones, 23, of Boston was charged with possession to distribute Class D drug, drug violation near school/park and conspiracy to violate drug law. Marcus Montissol, 23, of Hyde Park was charged with distribution of Class D drug, drug violation near school/park, conspiracy to violate drug law, unlicensed operation of MV and marked lanes violation.

11:45 p.m. 911 unknown emergency on Eaton Street.Ulpiano Pena Jr. 26, of Brockton was charged summonsed for intimidation of a witness, threatening to commit a crime and assault to intimidate.

FRIDAY, APRIL 8, 2011

1;56 a.m. Motor vehicle stop on North Cary Street & Ames Street. Justin Weed, 22, of Marshfield was summonsed for possession Class E drug.

2:50 a.m. Disturbance on Kingman Street. female called yelling something about her car and that she was out front and then started arguing with someone. Ana Dias, 40, of Brockton was charged with violation of abuse prevention order.

10:31 a.m. Motor vehicle stop on Clifton Avenue & Warren Avenue. Matthew A. Corrigan, 36, of Brockton was charged with failure to stop/yield, possession of Class D drug and OUI drugs.

10:40 a.m. Rape in the vicinity of East Street being reported. Caller states that she was allegedly raped by her father and now wants to come forward due to the effects she is constantly suffering emotionally from the incident. Caller is waiting in the lobby to speak with a police officer. Scott Andrew Mattson, 49, of Brockton was charged with three counts of rape, intimidation of a witness and incest.

1:37 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at 200 Westgate Drive. Former employee at above with another male and female harassing security and refusing to leave. Jamia Ellerbe, 20, of Boston was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.

2:43 p.m. Assault & battery in progress on Elm Avenue & Belmont Street. 2 females fist fighting on corner. Juvenile arrest of 16 year old for A&B and A&B with a dangerous weapon.

2:52 p.m. B&E motor vehicle at Brockton Hospital - 680 Centre St. Joseph A. Bebo, 56, of Brockton was charged with default warrant, B&E vehicle/boat day time for a felony and larceny over $250.

4:20 p.m. Assault & battery investigation on Pine Street. See female patient in the BHER, she was assaulted earlier on Pine Street. Nikeisha Correia, 36, of Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon and A&B.

7:30 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Kevin Lopes Fonseca, 25, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class A drug, drug violation near school/park and conspiracy to violate drug law. Julio Ferreira Goncalves, 24, of Weymouth was charged with failure to signal, window obstructed/nontransparent, possession to distribute Class A drug, drug violation near school/park and conspiracy to violate drug law. Aaron Pires, 19, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class A drug, drug violation near school/park, conspiracy to violate drug law.

10:34 p.m. 911 verify call on Centre Street. Steven D. Williams, 36, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

SATURDAY, APRIL 9, 2011

11:09 a.m. Domestic violence call on Haverhill Street. Lots of screaming and caller state's that he is allegedly destroying the house and there is a newborn in the house. Cordell W. Lewis, 23, of Abington was summonsed for A&B.

5:54 p.m. Rape investigation on Prospect Street in the vicinity of the 227 block.Caller state's she was raped at the above and incident occurred on 4/7/11 at 2 p.m. The defendant was placed under arrest at Forest Avenue. Imani Mapp, 29, of Brockton was charged with Rape.

10:38 p.m. Robbery investigation on Ford Street. Callers says she was in apartment on Warren Avenue and Prospect Street and was unsure of the actual address. State's 3 males in hoodies and one had a gun, kicked in door and stole her purse, credit cards and she says she was with a friend and he had items taken also. Police report taken.

12:43 a.m. Hit & Run investigation on Pine Street & Summer Street. Julie A. Meede, 30, of Norton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime.

2:06 a.m. Domestic violence investigation at Stop & Gas- 60 Warren Ave & 99 Legion PKWY. Ex-boyfriend allegedly just punched her in the eye. Claudio Deandrade, 28, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

3:01 a.m. Domestic violence call on Weston Street. Terry White, 48, of Brockton was charged with assault with dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime.

8:35 a.m. 911 unknown emergency on Fuller Street. Claudio Pires, 30, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B on a family member 2nd and subsequent offense, assault with dangerous weapon and vandalize property.

1:42 p.m. Malicious damage in progress at Walnut Avenue. Ex-girlfriend allegedly busted window on his BMW. Joana C. Pires, 23, of Brockton was summonsed for malicious destruction of property over $250.

3:39 p.m. Domestic violence call on Lawrence Street. Ines Santos, 41, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and assault with dangerous weapon.

5:52 p.m. Domestic violence call on Highland Street. Cynthia E. Ramirez, 37, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

9:22 p.m. Suspicious activity on Highland Street.John M. Watson, 28, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class B drug, drug violation near school/park.

9:41 p.m. Domestic violence call on Montello Street. State police reports a small child called 911 and says her step father is out of control and assaulting her mother. Gavy A. Depina, 28, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B.

11:20 p.m. Disturbance by a family on Beacon Park. Caller state's his brother is allegedly out of control and threatening to kill people. Saad Khan, 18, of Brockton was charged with A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon.

9:31 a.m. Domestic violence call at Hajjar Management- 180 Highland Street. Christian Goode, 27, of Brockton was charged with A&B.
